AMAZING customer service for our 2006 SeaRay replacement cover! The first one we ordered wasn't the correct size, but they replaced that one & shipped it to us within a week (excellent customer service!), and the new one is PERFECT! Nice quality and looks just like the original cover. Fits like a glove. Mistie did a wonderful job communicating and helping us! Thank you so much! Look forward to doing business with them in the future! :)

I recently purchased a boat top replacement for my 2006 searay 200 select. The boat top itself seems to be of pretty good quality but you have to put the snaps on yourself. You can buy the snaps and the snap tool but the snap tool they sell is horrible. One was misaligned and the replacement they sent me was just as bad. The snap tool is very low quality. I got back in touch with them and they sent me a loaner high quality snap tool that I needed to return when complete. I am still out the money for the low quality snap tool that I paid for that didn't work. I would have gladly paid for the more expensive snap tool to use on my expensive boat top. I am still confused that if they do not install the snaps, then why do we have a high quality snap tool? Maybe something I just don't understand. Not happy about the process and wish it had been handled differently.

Outstanding customer service. Easy to get ahold of, customer service rep, Ashley Denton, was well informed, polite and very helpful. Very refreshing to see! Very easy company to deal with and I would highly recommend!

New canvas for a 2008 SeaRay Sundancer 310. Front glass and canvas was a very good fit while a few snaps have failed since installation I was given several spare snaps for reinstalling. Make sure to dry fit all your pieces before installing your snaps while working the outside snaps first then those towards center. Back curtain pieces where also a close and tight fit with only one piece, (Port Aft) being a few inches short. I had my local canvas shop to sew in an extension. I made Great Lakes aware of this and they swiftly refunded to prorated price for that piece. Again make sure to dry fit everything before you add your snaps! The boat has a whole new look and even purchased a instrument panel cover. Customer service was touch and go for a bit but understand the current COVID19 situation and the staff behind on orders and assistance with their costumers. In the end all was made right and hope these pieces hold up for years to come. If you have a SeaRay or any other boat needing a new Boat Top this is your place and much cheaper then having a custom canvas shop and without skimping on material, (Sunbrella) and workmanship.

I have had the pleasure of working with Great Lakes Boat Tops for over ten years and ALWAYS have had great service and quality canvas & I - glass. Owning multiple Searays over the years and needing replacement tops could not be easier, Simply give them your Boat info and what you need and the OEM tops show up before you know it. You will have to install your own snaps but check out the GL You tube and like me 100 snaps later you’ll get good at it too. I had one shipping issue in all my orders and GL corrected it to my 110% satisfaction.Awesome company!Pat

Lousy craftsmanship, lousy materials used and two out of three side curtain failures in less than a year and its happened TWICE! I have a Sea Ray Laguna flushdeck. I bought a total of three side curtains and later the camper back. The materials look nice and the cutting was on but almost immediately the zippers started to come off. I re-sewed them using quality thread. The eisenglass they use is the thinnest and cheapest you can buy; like 20 mil instead of 40. After one year, the eisenglass on two of the three sides failed. Torn like it was paper, an they DID NOT STAND BY their product. I had to buy replacements. Same thing happened. I am sitting with one of the two sides with tears in the corners once again. I am not even going to bother with them. I purchased 30 mill eisenglass and have a local upholstery professional replace the glass. BUT, I refuse to let them get away with selling garbage products so here you go Ginger. This review is for you.

First of all let me start with their customer service...UNBEATABLE! We drove up from Chattanooga unannounced not knowing what to expect and we were greeted as if they knew us for years...better then family. Carrie Bores and Jim Wilson took such good care of us...we will be customers for life! We would recommend this company100%!

Wow very rude customer service. I tried to get a quote for some panels for my boat. Seems like If it's not something they definitely made as oem, they aren't interested. They were not helpful in trying to see if it a model year newer pattern would work (I'm almost certain it would based on boat not being changed for several years). Rep kept cutting me off. Unpleasant experience even trying to get a quote out of them. Can't imagine actually dealing with them.Reply to company: I understood the limitations of what you could offer (my risk, etc) and told the rep as much. Honestly what led me to provide a review was the representative's attitude. It was less of a conversation and more of them telling me what was wrong. When they told me what the issues were, I tried to explain but it was like my phone was on mute because the rep continued talking. I struggled to get a word in to explain my perspective.I believe everyone deserves to be treated respectfully and that didn't happen for me today. But it's ok. There's a lot of canvas shops out there and many are local to me so I'll just go that route. But even if you can't help a customer, they shouldn't go away feeling disrespected. Looking at other reviews, I have to believe others have walked away feeling like I do.
