I had to pick up my car on the weekend (with my extra key) because I was traveling while my car got repaired. The paint job is excellent, customer service is efficient and my car was returned sparkling clean inside and out. “We where out of town going thru Madisonville, fan belt broke, we set there on the side of the hwy,waiting on road service. We had to fine a Garage to be towed too,to get it fixed,call the Garage to see if they could repair it. He said he was closing early, so he went to the auto parts and bought a fan belt and came to where we were at and put it on the van and said just to send him a check in the mail for the price of the fan belt,I told my husband God sent us a angel. He will be repayed,thank you !!!”
“We ended up getting a flat on the Interstate and we tried a Walmart in Athens, but they didn’t have our size. We called multiple Walmarts and they all didn’t have our size. I was relieved when I called here and they had our size! The service was quick and the staff was super friendly! Some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long while!”
“I went in for an car aligment and front tires change. On the alignment they did an absolute great job with the sh-tshow that I brought them, they told me that it was gonna take longer than expected and therefore they would have to charge more BEFORE starting the work and of course, I accepted. On the tire change, I bought decent tires for a very reasonable price considering the size that they are. They did not try to sell me the top of the line or give me excuses about why I should maybe buy a more expensive tire. All in all, a respectable and honest shop, which is hard to find now-a-days.”

“No better way to relay to others my experience with Mac's Auto Care but to paste a letter I wrote to my brother. I have found - "the man"... His name is Ray. He owns Mac's Auto Repair at 819 Englewood Rd Madisonville across from Wendy's in the back. (423) 442-2700 When he realized the travesty done regarding my engine, he decided to examine the whole situation - without me asking him to. He charged me 6.5 hours but put a whole day into it. So I have to revisit him, as soon as I get the money and toss a crisp new C-note at him. My engine runs like factory. Amazing. If you need work done it would be well worth it to contact him. If you need a ride home brother and pick up, I'll lend a hand there too because I am not one bit afraid to drive my car anymore. Runs like a Swiss watch. This guy is solid.”
