We eat regularly, I describe it as not just the best pizza in the area, but some of the best pizza I've had anywhere. The crust of pizza makes or breaks it, and in this case definitely makes it, but the toppings are no slouch either. We've yet to have a pizza/garlic knot/cinnamon roll/etc that wasn't thoroughly enjoyed by all. Our usual suspects, however, are the Bianca, the Loaded Pepperoni, and always the Ginny (w/ cupping pepperoni). We've tried nearly all of the seasonal/monthly/weekly specials and they've all been loved, even by the kiddos.Brian, Sara, and their growing family are so kind and gracious towards anyone who walks through the doors, and we love every chance we get to visit.Dietary restrictions: We have a diabetic in our family who's really intentional on their carbohydrate intake, but they're always happy to get a Pizza Salad, Wings, and then strip the toppings of a meatier pizza, the crust of which never goes to waste, as it's usually the first choice of our kids for leftovers the next day.Kid-friendliness: Our kids love eating at Viola Pizza Company, everything from the Bianca or Garlic Knots to the ice cream they're always asking for afterwards.

Fantastic pizza! Really nice people! We moved to McMinnville recently and we were doubtful that we'd find a decent pizza close by. So very glad to say that we were really wrong. Viola's has THE BEST CRUST and MOST DELICIOUS SAUCE!! The whole experience was a delight, including the owner and his daughter. You gotta check it out! It's worth a drive, if you aren't close. The pizza is great re-heated the next day too. (I see another review that says it's great cold; I believe it) Thanks Viola's for serving up the best pizza we've had!

Very cute ambience with very wonderful staff. The pizza was delicious and had a great take on the Quad Cities style pizza. 10/10 would absolutely do it

Viola’s pizza company is our favorite pizza in the area. They are always very friendly and their pizza is top notch. It is a little expensive but it is worth it!

Alright so… when I read some of the raving reviews from this place, I thought many reviews were… a bit dramatic? Over the top? Extra?Well… let me tell you… PUT this review in that category because it’s literally the best pizza I have ever had. Literally. In a town of 100 people…hosts the best pizza place I’ve ever been blessed to try!Diners, drive-ins, and dives really needs to go here and film and put Viola’s pizza on the map because America is missing out!!!Food:We got the strolling Jim pizza w/out cheese (dairy restrictions) and holy Macintosh, people… LITERALLY SO GOOD! The perfect combination of sweet and salty and spicy. Like, what?! The dough! My husband and I couldn’t understand it! Thin, but pillowy, but thick in the crust?! Their homemade marinara is so incredibly tasty. I would recommend the strolling Jim!!We also got the garlic knots and wings. I thought to myself, “I’m just gonna go all out on this food cause who knows the next time I’m going to be back in Viola, TN.” After eating this food? I’m making that two our trip for it! Believe me!The garlic knots were so pillowy but crunchy and the perfect amount of garlic! The wings were falling off the bone. Their wing sauce was spicy but you just wanted to keep going despite your tongue burning. That good!!Owners:A family- run pizza place owned by the sweetest family! Truly some of the kindest people we have ever met. So hospitable and helpful! The only thing I’m bummed about is that my husband woke me up out of my slumber last night to see if I wanted any leftovers at that moment and I said “no” thinking I would have some for breakfast… y’all this man ate it all! He said it was SO GOOD cold!!!

I didn't expect to find one of the best pizzas I have ever eaten in such a small town. The garlic knots were delicious, pizza was cooked to perfection and the ice cream was wonderful. The owners know how to treat people, you feel like you belong the moment you walk in. We will definitely be back!

It's unusual for me to find myself at a loss for words when it comes to a restaurant, but I had to give myself time to think of words to really do this place justice. There really aren't words to cover it. I have not had pizza like this ever in my life. The crust is this perfect, pillowy bed that's just the right level of chewy to support all of the amazing fresh toppings they provide it with. We got a half ham and pineapple and half cheese, which my kids and their friends inhaled, even though two of them are picky eaters. We also got a Strolling Jim pizza, and this pizza was a whole other level of amazing. The flavors melded so perfectly, the hot honey sauce ties everything together beautifully, and look at it - it's seriously a work of art. When is pizza this beautiful?! Well, apparently when you go to Viola's Pizza Co. The portions of toppings to cheese to sauce are absolutely perfect without needjng to request adjustments, which is thrilling, as so many places drown their pizza in sauce. As much in this restaurant as possible is made in house, and in today's world, that's a huge deal.We also got garlic knots and wings, and man, I tell you, between all that I had on my plate, the wonderful conversation with the owner, the cleanliness of the entire place, and the quick service, I could have died happy right there. We were welcomed and fed like family. I can't wait to eat there again! We did not get to have dessert, we had all gorged ourselves on pizza, wings, and garlic knots, but they have a selection that almost makes me regret not leaving room for something sweet. I'll have to do that the next time we go!Kid-friendliness: I had four kids with me and the staff never barred an eye!

Most of the reviews so far gush over how good Viola's is. A few moan about how disappointed they were.I hope you find this review objective.Viola's is a family run restaurant - meaning that most (maybe everyone) working there is family. They take the quality of their preparation seriously. The result is 4 star food - which on my scale is "very good". The only time I have had better is when I lived in Chicago 30 years ago and would give that 5 stars (though the quality of that downtown Chicago pizza has since fallen from that 5 star level). With that scale in mind, Viola's is 4 star. I have eaten pizza elsewhere that is as good, but not often. While I suppose that every restaurant can have a bad night, I have been to Viola's 4 times and it was very good each time. 4 stars is good enough that I am willing to drive 40 minutes on occasion to Viola for Pizza.Service is not fawning. It is sufficient. You place your order and pay after eating at the cash register. The food is brought to your table. And all 4 times I was there, when I gave them my card for payment, it was charged for the pizza and handed back to me with no tip requested or added. It's hard to complain about that. The atmosphere is good enough. The interior is nice, clean, simply decorated, unobtrusive. It's fine. On my scale, that is 3 stars.I like Viola's.

The pizza was great! I wish I had gotten to try the garlic knots. The guy and his daughter (I'm assuming) was a great duo!
