The pharmacy is the worst ones I’ve ever been to. Had my doctor send in a prescription twice after them saying they don’t have it and then she called and spoke to the pharmacist and gave a verbal order and he said they had the prescription. I go to pick it up and they refused to give it to me. Saying they could see the prescription in the computer but it was unfillable whatever that means. It was literally just an antibiotic cream and they’re acting like I was trying to get pain pills or something.

Absolutely awful customer service and to be Specific the pharmacy. Their slogan should be come back in a hour as many times as I'm told that just to come back and be told it will be tommorow. I understand they have a stressful job and probably get heat by older customers expecting their meds immediately after they leave the clinic but I'm very relaxed and they still give me attitude ?!?!

If I could give them no stars I would. I went to fast pace in union city because I'm coughing and having trouble breathing and I went to Walgreens in union city to get my prescriptions filled and I have never been treated so disrespectful as I was by the young blonde girl in the pharmacy, eating her bag of airheads and not doing anything, telling me I was gonna hafta call fast pace and have them change my meds because the inhaler that was prescribed for me wasn't covered on my insurance, so I sat down and looked up the phone number and called fast pace and told them that they needed to call something different in for me and I told the little blonde girl who was smacking on her candy at the computer that fast pace would be calling them with a different prescription and I asked her if they would know when the medication had been called in and she said no first and then she said yes, so I told her that I would be in the store and to call me over there intercom speaker whenever it was ready, I walked around for an hour and I finally walked back to the pharmacy and asked the girl if my prescription was called in and she said she didn't know and she looked and said yeah it had been called in but it would be about an hour b4 they could fill it and nobody was even in there, there was no line, nothing, so I called fast pace back and told them to send my prescription to my pharmacy and I would just have to go pick it up tomorrow. I will never go to Walgreens again!!

TERRIBLE customer service at this location; specifically speaking about the pharmacy. As others have said they do not take any kind of urgency to fill your medicine even if it’s called in on time. The lady I spoke to today was beyond RUDE. I was trying to explain something to her she cut me off ! So I am switching me and my family to another pharmacy. Walgreens should really record the phone calls so they can see how the employees talk to customers.

If you call them you will be on hold awhile.always slow and have to wait for awhile.dont have enough people working.takes hours to days to fill your your medicines.dont receive your medicines half the time from your doctor after being sent many times.

If you want to speak to Pharmacy Manager, Bruce, he seems very nice and kind and definitely the associate manager. Just avoid Jake, maybe he was having a bad morning or he is just down right always acrimonious.

We scheduled COVID boosters and Flu vaccines for both of our boys as it said that Walgreens gave them. We get to the store and they said THEIR STORE won't give the shot! What? So what's the point of having a website if you set your own polices at each store!

I made an appointment to get my daughter her Covid vaccine and when I got to Walgreens I was told that they only do Covid vaccines during the week and not on the weekends. I told the woman that the website let me schedule the appointment and she said sorry but we don’t do them on the weekends because they don’t have anyone to do it. Don’t take weekend appointments if you can’t do them on the weekends

Walgreens in UC does not give the flu vaccine or the covid booster shots to children when the Walgreen website clearly states that both are given at Walgrees stores. I have made appointments for my children for both and then once we get there they won't do it. The website also states that they work to vaccinate people in rural areas. How is that possible?

Horrible! Would drive 4-5 hours to visit another pharmacy. Always a long wait. Never check the voicemail for prescriptions from the doctor. Customer service like they reside in the depths of hell. Might have spoke to the Grinch who Stole Christmas when I called in my most desperate moment of my existence, sick!
