Horrible! Would drive 4-5 hours to visit another pharmacy. Always a long wait. Never check the voicemail for prescriptions from the doctor. Customer service like they reside in the depths of hell. Might have spoke to the Grinch who Stole Christmas when I called in my most desperate moment of my existence, sick!

Bought a small tube of petroleum jelly at Walgreens in Union City, TN - generic, not Vaseline. Price was $3.99. This is the same product and size that Walmart sells for $1.34 and Walgreens sells online for $1.99. I was headed for a medical appointment and didn't have time to shop around so I went ahead and bought it, but I felt like I was being robbed. And I was. Unless you have a lot of money that you want to get rid of, stay away from Walgreens.

3 times now I have been given the wrong medication. This is not fast food. I shouldn’t have to check my bag before I drive away! It’s a little more important than that. DO BETTER!

If you are here to ship something by FedEx and it is not boxed up and you need to perches a box and materials don't bother. You will wait forever to be told sorry your have to go to a FedEx store.

I usually dread getting Rx's filled. This includes this specific Walgreen's Pharmacy. This was a busy time of day, and I had a new RX in addition to the one I had pre-ordered. So we wait. At checkout, the cashier is supposed to ask if you have your Balance Rewards card, or prompt you to use your phone number attached to the card (or sign up for a card). I was not asked, but filled in my phone number on the prompt at checkout. When I got back to the car, I noticed that I did not get points for the purchase. I went back into the store and saw a pharmacy technician, and asked her about the prompt and the points. She was considerate and thorough, and addressed the issue immediately. I am appreciative, and very thankful for her help.
