If I could give a half star I would! This bank made me feel less than when I only needed to convert ROLLED coins into dollars. Was told have to have an account. Jeez, the coins are rolled for heaven sake! Went straight to regions bank and they accepted the coins with a friendly and warm smile! Guess what simmons? I opened an account with Regions! I felt like the color of my skin led to the unwelcome treatment. I will never ever step back into this horrible bank again!

Excellent service from Mrs lilian wilson, lilian dealt with everything for my bitcoin Investment and ensured all my withdrawal were quick and efficient. Would highly recommend lilian wilson to everyone who is having difficulty trading or have been scammed before like myself.

Terrible customer service when attempting to handle an estate! There needs to be serious steps taken to ensure that no other customer is disrespected the way both me and the staff at my attorney’s office was.

Horrible customer service. I had an auto loan that was recently paid as a total loss through insurance due to a wreck I was in on October 2, 2020.Since then, Simmons bank and its representatives have been NOTHING BUT A HEADACHE. Make sure you write down EVERYONES NAMES YOU TALK TO. Apparently no one takes notes on your account, tells you different from what the next person says and expects you to remember everyone you speak to to backup what you’ve been told.I’ve never been late on my account and then now that I need a letter of payoff I can’t even get that for my records without it being a hassle.I was told by two different people that once I paid the remaining $178 that the insurance didn’t pay, I would receive a letter of payoff. NOW THEYRE TELLING ME I HAVE TO WAIT 10 business days.I emailed Cathy Darnell once my payment had been accepted of the remainder to remind her I was needing the letter of payoff, and she plainly sent:****Sorry about that, I should have sent that this morning.Payment was received on 11/5 paying the 2017 Kia Sorento, VIN ending in ***755 in full.Thank you*****That’s it. Nothing more. Then when I contacted her again, she said what else did I need other than that? I informed her that due to how they’ve been handling my account I needed to ensure that there would be no other issues/credit discrepancies and that’s why I needed something in letter head. The conversation ended with me informing her that my dealership whom I needed to forward the letter of payoff to has never had to deal with someone who didn’t want to do their job and help the customer especially since the account was paid in full. Cathy resumed to get frustrated, cut me off and ended the conversation.Make sure to take a screenshot of your account being paid in full, because your account is only visible for 30 days after being paid.
