I'm not a fan of the "full force desperation" salesman tactics..when u tell you I just have the one question..I don't mean I have several more or need you to give me a whole sales rant and for certain DO NOT NEED YOU TO FOLLOW ME OUT TO MY CAR TO BEG ME TO COME BACK IN!!! If I ask you a price believe I've done my research before stopping in and know what I'm about to spend..if I ask you how you came up with an certain number that I owe, it's because I know what amounts it will cost me before I walk inside your store. The problem I had was that the number I was told I owed was way off from anything I had come up with between buying a single sim with the BYOP program..or buying another new phone yaw offered. Yes, UT was $10 cheaper than what I should have been charged but show me how you came up with that or itemize my receipt..they're just throwin numbers and pocketing money..I can't be part of somethin even if cheaper than expected unless I know it's legit..#somethingshadyinthisstore

I've had sprint forever now when they got bought out & T-Mobile took over I have no service at work or no service the next town over. I'm sick of the battle so I will be changing carriers as soon as possible.
