Very unprofessional business. They leave the doors to office open with not a sole in the building. They do not return messages, they do not answer the phone, and are always having outages. What business would allow employees to act in such a manner? The owner should spend some of his millions on updating his equipment. Tried calling today and their phone number has been disconnected. Is this their way of avoiding customers and having to deal with outages. How much effort would it take to put an answering machine message on that said "please be patient. We are experiencing technical difficulties and are currently working on the issue".

Did this place close down? My Internet went out today. No one answered the phone and looks like they took down there fb page to. May have to give Spectrum a call now.

I’ve had this provider for close to 8 years. It’s always been spotty but it was the only service available in my area so I took what I could get. I appreciated the ability to Facebook message them after hours if I was having issues, but they no longer have that option. I’ve emailed several times with no answer. The past few months have been terrible….forget having service after 5 or on weekends. I’ve finally had enough and put in a request for Gibson Connect. The lines have been run and once I get it connected, I can’t wait to say goodbye to Ken Tenn. I gave them the benefit of the doubt for years. No more.

The service is a waste of money. Very unreliable service. I can stand in my backyard and see the tower still service constantly out. It takes hours or days for reps to respond to messages or phone calls. They charge you for things they agree not to and if you need a tech to come out they are never on time and don't call to let you know they will be late. Switching to Gibson connect was they best decision I made.

As of a few days,we no longer have to deal with this internet anymore. I'm not joking when I say I honestly have never seen internet this bad.

Will tell you what you want to hear to make a sale!! Not honest at all. There's fee after fees. And Internet quality is terrible! Do your self a favor and stick to Hughes net!

Personally they should have someone there on the weekends to fix any issues cause I can’t stand being without WiFi it sucks!

My uncle has the service in martin , got it last month so i decided to drop frontier . guy says they can come next day . calls back a hour later and says no more martin customers allowed . great service y'all offer

I have this internet service because there is no other option at my location. It consistently fails on the weekends and no one ever answers the phone when you call to report outages. It is out right more and no one will answer. I can’t wait until I can hook up to WK&T and drop this service. I have been with them for over five years and is has been awful from start to finish. P.S., I can physically see the main antenna from my house and it still fails.

We have this service because this is our only option at the time. Our service is great when its working but service is out more and more frequently. You can never get people on the phone to report an outage. I even went as far as to send a message and never got a response. I really hope wk&t gets service (or gibson co electric) out our way soon cause i will definitely be changing even if it means paying more.

The staff have helped me troubleshoot issues at work when I know they were working with less staff than normal.I have also used their staff to help with cellular phone issues and personal computer problems with software and hardware.Professionalism and customer service has always been great.
