Greenfield Products has a lot of good things going for them, if they would hire more honest employees. Some of the leadership members are very deceitful and malicious towards certain employees. Members of the leadership team need to be more accountable for their actions and stop faulting others the employees for their short comings.They would much rather listen to a false narrative rather than search for the facts. There is three sides to every story.Overall my work experience with this company was fair, I loved assembling the cranes. It was just “good ol boy” company and the brutal politics became to overwhelming. The manager’s allowed far too much school drama in the work place and wanted to micro-manager employees that actually worked.

I worked here for about 3 weeks, only got to work 5 days out of those 3 weeks. And they replaced my job out from under me without telling me. If you wanna work, dont work here.
