Most of the staff there is amazing. I go in there every time I need parts if I can't find it off of RockAuto wish I had found to be a little cheaper but they are very helpful. If your battery is located in a decent spot they will change it for you. And like I said some of the staff is awesome and they'll go the extra mile

Very helpful and great service. My wife was stuck over by O'Reilly's they wouldn't lift a finger to help her. A guy from AutoZone who was coming back from his lunch break. Seen she was in distress. Not only took the time to help her but charged the battery fully brought it back and put it in for her. O'Reilly's wouldn't lift a finger. I'm giving AutoZone 5 stars all the way. Great job AutoZone.

union city tn store rocks .guys n gals are so kind and very helpful . u just can’t beat auto zone in my opinion. they look like their shooting for world peace up their so ima have to stay in their lane . i’d suggest them 100’
