My sons and I were eating lunch in our car in the parking lot of this branch. We were planning to open a CD there after we finished eating. A female employee approached our vehicle and rudely told us we were parked in the employee parking lot and that we had to get out. She was very blunt and unprofessional in her tone. After this interaction and reading other reviews of this branch I am glad she saved us the trouble of becoming a member of this credit union. We will gladly take our business elsewhere.

I did business with CCU because it had a good rate on car loans when I purchased my car with a dealer. Unfortunately, that's the only good thing I've found. Their systems are super antiquated and customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Six months in, the car payments I sent form my bank are not immediately applied (or may go missing). I asked for ACH information online, and they told me my account number had an equal sign ("=") but both my other banks tell me the ACH system does not take equal signs. I will continue paying my loan, but until they join the 21st Century, I would not recommend doing business with them. Their rates are good, but rate savings may not be worth the hassle.

They were good to us for a while, but have refused for no good reason to do a Partial Release of Mortgage on a small amount of acreage so we can sell it. Instead of doing what is widespread normal practice they are trying to force us to refinance with them which would be costly and raise our rates. Guess what we're not going to do? :)Oh, and for the record, our loan to value after a Partial Release would still be waaaaaay lower than 75%.SO DON'T FINANCE WITH CCU WHEN YOU ARE BUYING ACREAGE.

Nothing but great things to say about CCU. They have always answered any questions I have had and truly treat their members like family.

I would rate it 5 stars if they stayed open a little bit laterBecause some people, like me, either work late or don't start work til late. And or live out in the booney's. And aren't able to make it in there in before 5pm closing time. So at least if they closed at 6pm on the inside and window at 7:30 that be sufficient amount of time to get in there and get what we need And bk

The only thing I need to say is that I wish they would open sooner and close later

They told me that they were going to close my account in February of 2019 and I just got a letter that states I have a dormat account fee when they told me it would be ? closed by February of 2020. I asked them multiple times if this was true and they said it would be taken care of. I am active duty military and am not stationed anywhere near TN. So I can't physically go and take care of this.

We’ve financed the last 3 vehicles here. The process is simple and easy and no hassles. Also the online access to pay extra is very easy and the rates are some of the best in town.

I have been a member of this bank for 20+ years and I think it's time to find a new bank. Everyone always has a scowl on their face, always treat you like a stranger and most of that I look over....but when a bank is supposed to be open till 5 and I go and the door is locked at 5 till 5 (according to Verizon) I can't look over those other things as easy anymore. I went to deposit a check today and the door was locked so I hopped in my car and drove around to the drive through only for the teller to tell me the check of x amount has to be deposited inside, so I would just have to come in. I told the teller it's not 5 yet and the doors are locked, she replied that it must have been 5 on a clock inside. Humm! Well, I wish I could set my clock ahead so I could leave work early from my job. A bank or any public job should always welcome you. After all, our (The community) dollars and buisiness keep it going. Customer service needs a big overhaul!

Great new building. This place can get busy pretty quickly though.
