mary beard was negligent in handling the tax concerns the state and federal irs had with the returns she prepared for me. her cpa malpractice caused me a great deal of difficulty, stress and anxiety. i requested a refund, which was not forthcoming. instead i received a letter blaming me and that she did help me (deflection and delusion) and she would be "glad to help me" when she hadn't helped me for months? i'm still waiting for the phone call she promised to make to me. if she refutes this it will be lies.
