We recently purchased a Speed Queen washer & dryer set from Waltons & could not be happier! It was by far the easiest appliance purchase ever! Mr Walton patiently answered all of my questions. I also liked how their prices were clearly marked. They also delivered our set on time and used extreme care (they used the most care of anyone that has ever delivered anything to us and for that we are grateful). They even gave both unit a test run to make sure they operated properly. I know people (myself included) may think Speed Queen is expensive but I firmly believe after much research that they are well worth the cost (you get what you pay for). In less than 15 years we had been through four washers from Lowe’s (Whirlpool, Samsung, & two Maytags). We would have saved a lot of money just buying a Speed Queen then as they are designed to last 25 years. Lowes has cheap washers but you will most likely be repairing them within two years and replacing them within 5 years. Just pony up and buy the Speed Queen from Waltons, you will not regret it. Best of all, they are a local hometown business and they service what they sell. My only regret is not doing business with them sooner. They will be our new go to on all things appliance related. Thank you Waltons for providing a great customer service experience!!!

Mr Walton listened to my situation and gave me a variety of options to choose from. No pressure on the phone or in the store. Just a nice description of the machines. I have done business with Walton's for over 10 years. They are my "go to" for reliable and efficient repairs and excellent service. I have also bought new and used appliances from them. They are a great example of family- owned, long-standing local businessmen that have created a good reputation through years of good customer service.

All thumbs down! Wouldn't recommend to anyone ! Called out to service a product under warranty , didn't fix one thing ! Called them back tech said he didn't know what it was , told my husband to check somethings, excuse me my husband isn't the repairman or should I say so called repairman ... Not worth the time , wouldn't give any stars , except you can't post a review without choosing one ! NO STARS,,,,,,,

Can't recommend these guys enough. They've been in business forever and white every one of they old competitors have been pushed out of business by the big chain stores, they are still serving Tullahoma. I had a bathroom ceiling light/exhaust/heater that quit heating. I took it to them & they showed me the bad part (for free) looked it up from their suppliers & found they couldn't order it, but sent me home with the correct information and told me if I spent a few hours on the internet I could probably find it. More like 2 days, but I found the part ordered it and then decided that I should have them install it, so I didn't end up burning down my house. They put it together and tested it for me, for free! They repair flat screen TVs & all household appliances. They also sell & install. Hometown service & just good guys. They've won me over as a customer.
