This Walmart is larger with a different variety of items and stocked a little different than the Walmart in Shelbyville. No wait for entry and only short wait to check out. Employees have always been friendly and conscious of customers and willing to help if asked.
On this day July 09, 2024 around 11:30 am there were no shopping carts at either entrance and the store was not crowded. Seemed to be a shortage of personnel.

Brett in the deli hot food is awesome. He's always took care of me. He'll drop what he's doing just to get me some food, even if it is just a little cheese bites he definitely needs to be next in line for a raise management material. Always greets me with a smile

TO THE MANAGER AT TULLAHOMA WALMART.. Today July 3, 24 The day before 4th of JULY HOLIDAY. At 10:05 two cash registere's open with lines backed up eight and 10 deep. Only one self-checkout center open and it was backed up. We always buy our cold/frozen foods last, hoping to get through the line and home before our foods get to hot. Not today!!
I ask the employee standing by the ice machine talking to another employee (Gina I think) if they could please open another line because after already standing in line for 20 minutes with what looked like would be another 20 minutes our cold/frozen foods would be out of safe temperature. She said "were doing the best we can", what the heck does that mean? At 10:35 we got through the line and put our foods in a very, very hot vehicle (I know you don't have control of the westher) BUT YOU SURE DO HAVE CONTROL OF CASH REGISTER'S or you should if you had any concern for customers who pays your salary. Thank you. Oh, and I know there's other grocery stores AND I WILL BE USING THEM.

It's a nice Walmart but it could definitely be cleaner or a little more organized especially since I have seen some really nice Walmarts farther north of us! Plus, it stinks when you go in and there is only 2 lanes open. Then you try to use self checkout but people have a whole buggy full of stuff so it takes even longer.

The produce area was not good at all. The produce was very very bad with bugs in all the bags of cucumbers , potatoes etc.. the checkout machines wasn’t working right or wasn’t working accurate at all. At spending almost $200 the cashier wanted to go through everything. After that horrible experience running my card some many times my card got blocked… The cashier I guess thought that: I was stealing… everything was bagged up besides the water and the case of Pepis that was $11.98. Not to mention my daughter wasn’t feeling well at all. I just couldn’t believe how we were being treated there . We won’t steal anything there . I just DON’T want anyone feeling the way I felt coming out there . It is awful ! They REALLY HAVE LOST MY BUSINESS !

I was with my parents at this Walmart and this lady thought my mom was steal she was not she scan everything and bought food $200 spend to get grocery that we needed and we was at the check out and we pay for it. This lady come to us and told us we was stealing and we have to return all of our grocery back. We was Super upset and mad that we could not get grocery that we needed. We did got our money back but this store we will never come back how they trust us really bad.

As Walmart's go, this one was pretty good. Good selection of meats, good produce, and pharmacy area was well stocked and clean.
