This has been some time ago, but less than a year. I got a prescription for insulin transferred to this pharmacy and they filled it with what they had. My glucose readings steadily rose for 3 months. When I brought the change up with my endocrinologist, he informed me that they filled it with the wrong insulin for 3 months. The one I got is not intended for use by type 1 diabetics, which I am, and not for use through insulin pump, which the printed prescription label put on the box says I use. At no point in time was I informed of the difference in these forms of insulin prior to my endocrinologist appointment. I have also since found out the one they filled it with can be purchased over the counter with no insurance for less than what they charged me to bill it through my insurance. I have since transferred my prescription elsewhere, and slowly transferred all others I had as well. It's a real shame because I really liked the friendly demeanor of the employees but this could have been really bad, and was completely avoidable if they just filled the prescription correctly or at least explained the difference.

The pharmacist there was really great. He took time to talk to me about everything so that I knew all I needed to know. The cashier was very friendly also and directed me to the areas I needed to go to. All in all a very nice experience at the Walmart pharmacy.

I go in and grab a few things to keep the kids distracted from the storm and snacks. I come to the checkout lane and per the usual the employee that is tasked with watching these lines(let's call her T) is on their phone. I start to checkout and the kiosk let's me know I didn't complete the scan. Oops my bad, so now 2 ft away I look at the T who has her phone in her face and say "ma'am" three times. On the third try I get a startled "looks like you missed haha" and back on her phone. I wrap up my checking out pay and walk to my car.I put things away and notice I'm missing the bags with the mud masks and little nails I got for my kids. So I walk in not even five minutes later, up to T and tell her what has transpired. Again, without skipping a beat that startled face because I have interrupted her phone usage for a second time. The response I get from one employee "I just got here" was understandable. Her response was "uh I don't know, I didn't see anything". Really? Are you sure? Because I definitely thought I saw you glance my way just once.I get it, my fault for leaving the bag there. I've just gotten off a 12 hour shift driving an additional hour in the rain, I'm wiped out. It's the entire situation and how it was dealt with. Fortunately one of the other employees piped up with go check customer service. They were exceedingly helpful but could not leave their station to help sort it out. T felt as if she had satisfied her role as honorary check out watcher and about-faced out of the entire situation.I feel, and I may be wrong here, that if your job is to watch the self checkout aisles then maybe you should watch them? It's not about the loss of the bag honestly it was probably a grand total of $10 , it's about the pretty sad excuse of customer service T deemed worthy
