Walgreens in Tullahoma, TN is absolutely great! Extremely courteous, answers questions and is extremely timely with prescriptions. It’s alwsys been an absolutely great pharmacy in my experience.
The one on Chancery Street in McMinnville, TN is the worst!! I have never driven thru to pick up a prescription that they didn’t make me wait in the parking lot for at least 30 mins before I was able to pick it up. And one was called in the day before by the drs office. One time they told me to wait 30 mins in the parking then drive back thru and then proceeded to tell me they didn’t carry that prescription. Why didn’t you tell me that the 1st time thru? Wow!! My son was waiting on me at moms house to get to work due to a home bound mother. Then last week I was driving from Tullahoma toward McMinnville, my mother lives 20 on this side of town. She again had a new prescription she needed and I didn’t want to drive into town if unnecessary. I was on the phone for 20 mins before anyone bothered to pick up the phone to let me know it was ready. I was 20 minutes on the phone while driving!!!!??? How long does it take to answer a phone?
I absolutely detest that place!!!

I had a prescription sent in that needed a prior authorization. That is something the pharmacy is supposed to send to my doctor. I confirmed with my doctor that the prior authorization was never sent in by Walgreens, and when my husband went to pick up that prescription they said only one was available. Didn’t even mention receiving the second one. After being interrupted and talked over by the incompetent employee, I hung up the phone to call my doctor. She sends in the prescription AGAIN, and I have yet to receive a confirmation on my prescription from this Walgreens. Keep in mind, I’ve never had to have a prior authorization for this prescription before. I paid full price for it before, and nothing on my insurance has changed to warrant a prior authorization. Go literally anywhere else. They are not worth the hassle.

Diane at the photo station today brought a smile to our faces! We were having difficulty printing and sizing our daughter’s birthday invitation, but Diane was there to save the day. Her positive attitude was contagious!

I wouldn't recommend going there at all the store manager is stuck up and rude what kind of manager won't even let you smell the cologne and make the employees gasp cause of the way she trying to talk to a customer . I HOPE THEY CLOSE DOWN THE DAMN STORE AT LEAST THE MANAGER SHOULD GET FIRED!!!

For some reason, it’s very difficult to reach the pharmacy by phone. Spent 17 minutes on hold trying to talk to a pharmacist. Someone came on the phone long enough to hear my question and put me on hold again. No one ever got back to me. I called another pharmacy and received prompt services

Took my husband here to get a Covid test and some Mucinex. He asked Melissa the Pharmacy Tech if the insurance would cover the test and her demeanor was cold and rude. Maybe she was having a bad day. We've been going there for years for our medications and other items.

They have changed their pharmacy hours from 10pm to 8pm so I had to rush to get there before 8 pm to pick up a prescription. Arrived a few minutes before closing and the pharmacist decided to already close for the night before 8pm. It’s amazing how healthcare workers can’t even stay open till when they are supposed to to help just one more person before they clock out. Not happy.

Yes I just pulled up at the pharmacy drive thru window today 1/23/2023 at 6:40 and the brunette woman at the window was so disrespectful and unhelpful like so rude and she's the only one who's ever been like that and it's not the first time it's been multiple times I had questions about my 4 month old baby's medicine and she literally just ignored me completely if I have to deal with someone like that I'd rather just switch pharmacies

If I could rate 0 stars I would. My cousin was trying to get medicine for his brother. I was FaceTiming my wife watching this all unfold. It had been almost an hour and he went up to the counter to the pharmacy counter and asked if the medicine was ready, she immediately snapped at him telling him it wasn’t ready. He then asked “how much longer until it’s ready?” She immediately snapped back with “it’ll be ready when it’s ready!” He responded, “hey, you don’t have to have an attitude with me” and she snapped back with “you don’t have to come back in here”. What ensued was the most unbecoming customer service experience I’ve ever seen in my whole life. She snapped at my wife and cousins and should be fired immediately. It was childish, unprofessional and completely unnecessary. Do better Walgreens.
