Got appointment for covid test online for Nov 9th. Went to drive thru, did test myself at window while pharmacist looked on. Put test in vial and bagged, returned at window, only took few minutes. 72 hr test, received e-mail with results on Friday am. So happy to say it was negative ! Never had to get out of my truck. Thanks Walgreens.

i would like everyone to know this place doesn't give two shits about their customers! i had my medicine transferred from fayetteville walgreens where i had been a customer for over 20 years. my first visit was the worst experience i have ever had with any store or customer service personal in my 53 years. first off the pharmacist annie took it upon herself to cancel medication from the fayetteville pharmacy and said my doctor gave her the ok to do so. this was all during the christmas holidays, my doctor called in mmy meds on the 16th of december, i live 30 minutes away i had to come back every day for a week being told that my doctor didn't call them in . i would speak to my doctor and she would say she talked to this annie and i was all set !!i would drive 30 minutes to pick up and miss annie would say she never spoke to my doctor!! i recorded all conversations.!!!!she ever told my doctor to take me off a medication i had been on for over 10 years. no referral to a specialist nothing!!!!! this young pharmacist should be reported to someone who is in charge of pharmacist that think they are god! just for the record this is how we had friend with cancer die, he had just got out of the hospital and needed antibiotics that cost $200.00 because he was in the donut hole but before he could get in touch with the doctor on monday he was gone. pharmacist playing god kills!!!!!!!

The drive thru is so slow on some days your better off going in the store to pick up your prescriptions they are all nice in there

Very nice people work here. They carry more than just pharmacy items. Much Better than CVS....there even the Pharmacist are nasty. Don't ask them Anything. Great service at Walgreens.

Your customer service stinks! Everyone in Coffee County and beyond needs to be aware. I have never been treated so rudely in all my life. Whoever worked the Drive thru pharmacy window at 1:15p yesterday 1/20/18 needs to be terminated. He was the nastiest rudest person and delighted in arguing with me. Went to pick up wife's medication for flu. Got in line outside at 4:35, when I got up to the window they closed it. Went abruptly inside and asked what's up. Pharmacy is closed I was told. I said your pharmacy hours are displayed open until 9 pm. I was told this very rudely by Ark., not his problem. The store clerk Morgan was nice and connected me to corporate office at my request. I explained the situation and they advised that they were not supposed to be closed. The store Manager Jerry Pruitt was not available. Bottom line: was told I could come back Tuesday by Ark. Store had a hand make note in the window saying closed at 5 today. I am certain tri-care will be made aware of this issue.
