Verizon is a joke. I have been with them for 15+years and after talking to a supervisor and 2 technicians. My problem is not solved. I asked to speak to another supervisor and she told me to make an appointment.They would call me back in 24 to 48 hours

Drove all the way to Tullahoma because they closed the one in Shelbyville wait 40 mins just for the young man with skull tattoos on his arm to be a smartellic and not accomplish anything.

Got new phone and representative didn't even finish setting up phone and she told us we were done. She was too busy with her phone. So 2 days later I had to drive the sixty miles to the store to have another representative finish setting it up.
