there is no communication, like actually getting in touch with the renters of the storage units. I've been renting "THIS" storage unit since 2016 they transferred owners twice since I've been renting this storage unit. The first transfer of ownership was seamless but this last transfer of ownership caused me to lose my storage unit and lose all my belongings. I've been trying to reach out to someone and get this fixed for the past 3 days I spoke to Brandon several times on Saturday and then no one would answer my calls come Sunday and even though they admitted the issue is on their end because they claimed never received all of my contact info from Rodney's body shop when they bought the business, which was a lie Brandon also said he's reached out to me several times called me, text me, emailed and sent mail but the phone number they had in their system was one digit off from my actual number and turns out they didn't even have all the other information so they never were able to get a hold of me.(which was also a lie).. My thing is there are so many different ways to actually find a person these days social media for instance Facebook, Instagram, You can Google people's information nowadays so they had plenty of ways and opportunities to get a hold of me but instead when I go to check my unit Saturday I can't get the lock open so I went and got bolt cutters cut the lock off open the storage unit My stuff is gone and somebody else's stuff is in there already. I've called several times they've explained that they understand the issue now and they're going to try to rectify the issue but I haven't heard from anybody in 2 days I just want my stuff. they told me the manager lives next door to the storage units and that they would try to get a hold of him so he can let me into the delinquent storage unit so I could see if I could locate any of my stuff or if it's even still there. All I know is if I don't hear anything by today Monday December 5th I will have to take my next steps and that's getting the law involved. Now until there are any updates in this situation my review will stand as is.. I just still don't understand how you can take somebody's stuff out of their unit without even getting in contact with them or trying to actually speak to someone. UPDATE: all of those excuses i was given by Jason and or Brandon were all lies. Rodney's body shop gave them all off my info and it was all correct and straight from their QuickBooks. now with that being said I believe they do this to unsuspecting renters often as an easy come up to make money and sell people's belongings and rerenting the storage units out to continue making revenue wow making profit offer people stolen items. we are now going to court over this I will keep everyone updated.update the judge ruled in our favor He said everything they were doing sounded criminal that because I didn't renew their leases or get a hold of any tenants it just sounded fishy to him with that being said if this happens to anybody else sue them My next step is getting him prosecuted so we can get him out of Tullahoma We don't need business owners that don't have integrity running businesses in our town

Units are clean and in good shape. Owners and employees are pleasant and helpful. My only issue is the entry point of my unit gets sloppy and muddy so I either step carefully so I don't slip and fall or come back later.
