Just walked in to get my hotspot reactivated, having a bunch of work due and being on travel here. Well, $55 quickly turned into $90, I was not in a hurry but I was not there to have my time wasted being that it’s 6pm and I’ve got deliverables to get worked out. After about 30 minutes of screwing around We finally had a Sim card in my device, but it still said no service. Only then was I was told It could take 48 hours for the sim to activate…. Should have led with that one, else I wouldn’t have come in here and wasted my time and money. It’s a $400 hotspot, I did not enjoy being told I could just use the one on my phone. Plus, maybe figure out a way we don’t have to come to a physical location and get a new Sim card every time you let your month to month service laps. I don’t need this thing all the time, just once in a while, and $55 a month is a lot for a service you don’t always need.Edit: turns out they set me up for the wrong type of device, they put my hotspot on a home internet plan and the sims are incompatible…. Train your people. There were like 5 employees avoiding eye contact with me in there the whole time and no one knew how to work the very products they sell.

Poorly run store. If you say theres a sign on bonus then pay it out or dobt say it at all. If its commision pay the commission. Was there over 3 months and got niether and the manager nor corporate did anything to solve either issue

We walked into the store to inquire about switching to T-Mobile and was immediately greeted by Alyssa, who was willing to help. As she was in training, Leo also assisted us with choosing the right plan for our needs. As this process takes time, Leo had to leave, but Esther jumped right in to make sure the process was going smoothly. Even Shadee stepped in to help and discussed the difference in phones with my husband. Each person displayed a desire to help, but also great teamwork with each other. So refreshing to received such great customer service!

Worst customer service I’ve ever received. My internet gateway went bad. T-mobile called their store and told them I needed a new one. The girl at the store told the T-mobile rep they didn’t have a manager on duty and asked that I wait until tomorrow, but apparently didn’t explain fully. I told the T-mobile rep I can’t wait until tomorrow as I work from home. She advised me to go ahead and go to the store. At the store the girl instantly dismissed me and said they can’t do an exchange without manager approval. I explained I needed service for my job. I can’t just be waiting around. Didn’t care. Just walked off. Seriously the most rude person I’ve ever encountered working in a customer service role. Also who has a policy that it requires a manager to take back a faulty device with no backup to handle issues if the manager is off? Just extremely poor managed facility. Not to mention they SHOULD have just exchanged the product since I have an email from T-mobile customer service and handle their in house exchange tomorrow.

Absolutely horrible people to deal with.. Run far away & find a better provider. . Staff is incompetent doesn't do it's job and as a result T-Mobile Corporate claims I owe them for two months of service I never had. . I got a T-Mobile home WiFi Hotspot and was told by both T-Mobile corporate and from this retailer that there was a ZERO cost trial period & no charges would be incurred if opt'd not to keep and was returned during the trial period. . I returned the Hotspot during trial period & retailers Rep filled out return docs & I as well as my wife who was with me were told tha's all there was to be done and that the activation fee would be refunded a few days later. . The activation refund happened as promised so that much was fine. Fast forward 2 months T-Mobile is trying to collect 2 months of which I never even had their device or service. . T-Mobile corporate stated to me the day prior that retailer did not do their job & as a result put me on the hook for 2 months of service I was never provided. Add to this T-Mobile corporate refuses to correct the billing issue even fully seeing that there was absolutely zero activity after the so called free no cost trial period. . Its been nearly 20 years since I last had T-Mobile service and clearly nothing has changed or improved with customer service and was the reason I parted ways back then. . I will say this.. It will be a cold day in Hell before I ever consider T-Mobile as an option or they see a dime out of me. T-Mobile customer service is an absolute joke both at corporate & this retailer. . Save yourself frustration & dealing with their bullshit & look to Verizon, AT&T, Spectrum etc as best option. . Fyi - horrible customer service trumps any possible positives in products. SMH

The customer service here is top of the line. Their employees are very knowledgeable about the products and services! Called yesterday and Grace answered my questions as we were having issues with our phone service change and transferring. Went in today and she had us up and running in no time! She was great! Thanks for the outstanding customer service from all!

GREAT sales rep but the service was not working when got home. Talked w the tech team and they told us we were just past the service area so return our phones to the store. We did and were treated like trash and charged a $180 restocking fee even though it was less than 18 hrs from POS we were back to return and that is because they didn't open until 12:00. sales rep informed us that we were lucky because they don't have to help us on this return. AWFUL EXPERIENCE

When did it become policy to lie to the customer here at this store? The last 2 times that I’ve been in here they’ve lied to me. It’s so disappointing. They lied and said they weren’t able to take home internet returns (they can) saying their manager doesn’t allow it. I even asked to speak to the manager and have them call their manager. I was told no. They aren’t calling. Spoke to an authorized retail store in depth afterwards and they did it no problem. Avoid this store under all circumstances. So disappointing!

We've been with TMO for over 20 years. We were excited when a TMO store opened in our town. Every time we have gone in, we have always had great customer service.Like yesterday.I had just received a new phone and was setting it up, which is something I have done many times.I had an issue with the SIM card, so I drove to the TMO store. Renaecker Alexander (Alex) was pleasant and professional. Within a minute, she helped me with my SIM card. As a thank you, I bought her cookies.I hope someone from HQ reads this review. In my humble opinion, Alex deserves a clap on the back, a note in her employee file, a bonus, or a raise.

I despise going to this place. Moved to this area a year ago and this is the only T-mobile within an hour so there's really not a choice. I've never had such bad service. Trying to find a new phone I had to drag information out of the employee. It was terrible. I went back a few weeks ago in the middle of the day and the place was closed. Door was locked, lights out, no note on the door. A woman coming out of the shop next door told me that them being closed like this was a normal occurrence. She'd been there several times recently and this was the case. How can they keep these same lackadaisical employees??**UPDATE- I emailed the person listed below on 12/24 but never heard anything back. Looks like a canned response to make customers feel good without ever addressing any issues. Pretty poor service Tmobile!

very poor experience. i went to try to start my service here. the manger looked completely lost and confused. very dry. kinda awkward. then he passed me off to a store associate named Esther who clearly did not know what she was doing. i asked about internet they had, just trying to get information and assumed i wanted to get the service so she added it to my cart without confirming i wanted the service. then, she told me a total amount for the phone without factoring in everything else i would be paying for. at this point, the manager had to come over and try to fix her issues and seemed clueless for about five minutes.

They need to close the store in Tullahoma Tennessee. Worst service in the world I am glad I don't live here and have to deal with this store on day to day business . I was visiting from Florida got my uncle a phone they didn't tell I needed a release code form the old carrier they told me it would take 72 hours to transfer the number to the new phone 72 hour passed I call them thats when I was told I needed a transfer code from the old company why didn't they tell me that great bit of information up front instead of it will take 72 hour to transfer unbelievable the people the hire that don't know anything about t-mobile phones or how the company is ran...!
