TL;DR version Sloppy work and poor service, avoid
They sent me out the door with a leaky valve stem after they didn't check their work for leaks then expected me to pay for the valve stem and them rebalancing it. Had they told me it needed a valve stem the day they initially did the work it'd be a non-issue but instead they wanted to charge me for the valve stem and rebalancing the tire after I had to come back for them to fix their mistake. It was only $15 and the guy seemed completely indifferent to his poor service so I didn't think it was worth arguing. That said if they find it acceptable to be this way over $15 how will they treat you when they mess something up on your car and you're paying them an hourly rate assuming their mistake doesn't leave you stuck on the side of the road with your kids or cause you to total your car?
