Steve did a good with communication with progress and pricing while my son's car was being serviced down there.

You want your vehicle serviced go down to service department and ask for Steve. True professional keeps you updated constantly on the progress. I don't know him personally and I don't know what his job title is down there. In my opinion it should be service manager
