I am a Kroger shopper. But nothing makes me more angry or unappreciated than to have 6 self checkout stations open and only 1 cashier actually providing service.

As I stood in line for my meditations, I watched as a woman maneuvered her cart in to the waiting area by the registers. Bypassing the 5 of us standing in line. The young person then proceeded to wait on her next. When it was my turn to be waited on I asked what I needed to do to receive preferred treatment, she looked at me through her glasses held together with tape and said "That woman had been waiting 20 minutes". When I informed her that I witnessed her cut in line, I was ignored. Congratulations Kroger, you rank neck and neck with Walmart.

This was my store, but not anymore. Never enough cashiers ( I think it has been purchased by Walmart). Aisles are way to narrow since rearranged.

I had a very poor interaction with the head pharmacist today (July 13, 2019 @ 10:00am). I know she was short handed because I overheard her ask someone to call back while explaining she was short handed. I presented my prescription (a long-standing one) and she told me that I was one day early and would have to come back in tomorrow. As I am older (63) and walk painfully with a cane, I simply asked if she was sure about the date. She curtly (in my opinion), indicated I could go elsewhere if I chose. I stated "That's not my point, I just want to be sure about the date." This pharmacist did not have a very friendly or professional attitude (although, I admit, her approach is not typical of the friendly folks I usually encounter there). I hope Kroger in Tullahoma holds their "professional" help accountable for how they treat their long standing customers (in particular, the elderly ones). It is an especially bad look for Kroger when these employees are suggesting customers take their business elsewhere.

Was a long drive to get here but so worth it. I found everything I needed and then more. I was impressed by items I had never seen in other stores. I grabbed an insulated bag to put some of the items in. Will definitely go back
