I took my Staffie to his appt and the staff there are wonderful! They explain everything to you and they are kind and caring. Dr Amy Nickels is the best Veterinarian. It's obvious she cares about her furry patients. I'd highly recommend this place to take your fur babies to. Pet Medical Center.

Staff is friendly and efficient. Veterinary services seem great but no major issues so far. Switched here from All Creatures in Tullahoma because the front desk staff there varied from indifferent to hostile.

My son's cat had gone missing. When he showed up 6 months later, he was so skinny, and he started having seizures. They were so caring and gentle. I had to make the call to have him put to sleep. They made the experience as easy as possible.

I've had a lot of vets over the years. I even worked for one on and off when I was younger for about 10 years. I can honestly say I've never been so impressed.
I can not recommend Dr. Nichols and the staff at Pet Medical Center in Tullahoma, Tennessee, highly enough for their exceptional care. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with friendliness and professionalism, and they display a genuine care for the well-being of your fur baby.
My kitten, Indy, has received both a declaw and a recent spay procedure under their expert care, and the experience has been outstanding. The declaw was so perfectly performed that you couldn’t even tell the procedure was completed immediately after—there was no visible sign of discomfort or issues. My kitten is currently recovering from her spay with no issues, thanks to the expert care she received.
Dr. Nichols and the team treat your pet like their own, ensuring the highest level of comfort and care throughout both procedures. Each step was handled with precision, and Dr. Nichols took the time to thoroughly explain every detail, addressing all my questions with patience and clarity.
The clinic itself is spotless, and the staff are friendly and professional, creating a comforting environment for both my kitten and me. If you're looking for a veterinarian who combines skill with genuine, heartfelt care, look no further. Dr. Nichols and the staff are truly outstanding.

I truly can’t say enough wonderful things about Pet Medical Center! My husband and I have five fur-kids (three cats and two Great Pyrenees). Nine times out of ten, Dr. Nickels sees our animals, but we have occasionally seen Dr. Gesell as well and we love/appreciate them both so much! My eldest cat has cystitis and, we found out today, is diabetic - Dr. Nickels has went above and beyond to ensure we are educated on diabetes in cats as well as what our new routine with our oldest baby looks like. I’m forever grateful for the care that this practice provides! They are wonderful through and through!

They took such good careb of my kitty Prissy when she went to get fixed. The doctor came back and explained to me everything that they did and was very kind. She also mentioned how my kitten was so cute and cuddly before surgery and how she was not in a very good mood after surgery. And I have to agree with her 100% she was not happy lol. And she also text me the next day to make sure that she was doing good. So I would give 10 stars if I was able to. I definitely recommend this pet medical center to anybody in need of any veterinarian services!

We recently switched to this clinic and I wish we would have done it sooner! The staff here is PHENOMENAL!!! Everyone here is SO kind, patient, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The majority of our interactions have been with Jess, Courtney, Ashley, and Dr. McCord- all who have just been so amazing. Jess went above and beyond to ease my nerves when we had our puppy spayed. She loved on our puppy and I really felt like she was taken care of. We truly appreciate how above and beyond they go to answer our many questions. It’s a great feeling to be able to bring our dogs to a vet that we can trust!!
