Lee was fantastic. We had a bunch of meds that needed to be filled and she was prompt, polite, and extremely caring. This was my first experience using this pharmacy and I am excited to continue using them for our future Rx needs.

I have no problem with the pharmacy nor the staff but I am having a big problem with the new automated system. Sometimes it doesn't work at all. I has no problem at all with the old system.

Slowest, unfriendly never has it’s drive thru open and if they do be prepared to sit there an hour!!!! Pharmacists very hateful to me

I am a Kroger shopper. But nothing makes me more angry or unappreciated than to have 6 self checkout stations open and only 1 cashier actually providing service.

As I stood in line for my meditations, I watched as a woman maneuvered her cart in to the waiting area by the registers. Bypassing the 5 of us standing in line. The young person then proceeded to wait on her next. When it was my turn to be waited on I asked what I needed to do to receive preferred treatment, she looked at me through her glasses held together with tape and said "That woman had been waiting 20 minutes".When I informed her that I witnessed her cut in line, I was ignored.Congratulations Kroger, you rank neck and neck with Walmart.

I have been doing business with this pharmacy for too many years to remember and have nothing but high regard for the staff and their service. They have gone out of their way to find me ways to save or gone to another Kroger pharmacy to get a prescription that they have no stock on. I wouldn't go to any other pharmacy as I trust them completley.

I placed an order today, then I received 3 messages stating mu orders are confirmed, i immediately e-mailed that I only ordered once. I never got a confermation then the delivery guy delivered 2 of the same order/ I cannot store and use 4 lbs of roast beef or 4 lbs of american cheese. 2 lbs of each is all I wanted. I also got 6 loaves of bread I only needed three, 6 is no good. I order almost every other week for the longest time. This is the 2nd time this has happened, I made do with the last one but this is getting rediculess please call me at 931 222-0859. Thank you for your time and consideration, Joe Balcarcel

This pharmacy is a joke. Needed needles for hormone replacement and instead of telling me I needed to show proof of prescription they just lie to my face and say they don't have any. Called back later to check and they had plenty. Discrimination at it's finest. Will not be back!!!

This pharmacy had my Rx (because my doctor sent them directly to them) for 2 whole months prior to me needing to fill it. Do they check their supply of this medication to make sure they have enough to fill my Rx when the time comes in 2 months? NO ABSOLUTELY NOT, that would make too much sense. They just tell me when I call to fill that prescription, "We're out of stock and it will be a few days before we can fill it." and delay me in taking my meds by 3 days. Also they never call, text or notify you in any way when your Rx has been filled and is ready to pick up even if you sign up for that so don't waste your time or info.
