I want to start off my saying when I left I thought I looked okay, shorter than I wanted but okay. (She curled it to hide what she did) When I get home and styled it how I wanted or expected I couldn't believe how messed up my hair was. Not only was it way too short but it's not even or all the same length!!!
I have my brother's wedding to go to in 2 days and I never felt so unattractive. I'm crying. I can't even get it fixed because it already way shorter than I expected or asked! I just moved here less than a month ago and my home town JCPENNEY never ruined and I mean Ruined my hair!!! It's so flat and she didn't even try and feather out the bottom... It's a blunt cut!! I cried and it's going to take me years to grow it out again. My hair is ruined for months to come. The least they could do is give me my money back. It looks like she just chopped it off with a weed eater...
I can't wear it all down because it's so uneven and ruined. God I don't even want to know what the back looks like.. I'm so upset.
The new hair dressers was nice but absolutely not ever going back. She needs to find a new profession. This is horrible!! Save your money and see a real hair dresser. Again, I have a weeding I'm IN... In 2 days! ;(
If the manger can't even go through these comments and reach out to people... That should tell you enough. This is ridiculous.

Despite the horrible reviews loved my experience here. And the price was way cheaper than where I normally go. Shannah is new and only 3 days in and did amazing! I will definitely go back.Service: Hair coloring

I was very weary of coming in to this salon due to the reviews I've read but it was by far the best decision. Shannon did an excellent job on my hair. The salon manager also helped and she was wonderful!! I couldn't be more happy. They did a full head of highlights on my hair and they gave me better blonde highlights then I expected I could get with my hair being darker. I couldn't recommend them enough.

I will never go here or even recommend to anyone. For years, I've kept the same look. Afraid to try anything different out of fear of my hair getting messed up. Then I decided to take a leap and go for it. All I wanted was curtain bangs to go with my already long layered hair, even showed the lady a picture of what I wanted. She asked a hundred questions about how the hair was cut and everything else. Not only did she cut them way too short, but kept trying to curl them and straighten them to convince me it'll be better if I did this or that. Now I have to wait for my hair to grow back out to get if fixed.Service: Haircut

Please learn from my mistake and do not trust them with your hair. I went in for a balayage. I previously had a blonde balayage and wanted some copper added. Neither of the two working (one is the manager) knew what they were doing. My whole head was orange. My hair was so bad I had to get them to dye it pretty much black before I could leave. My hair is so damaged and dry after this and is going to cost a lot to get back to my natural color since it is so dark now. I was there for 7 hours.Service: Hair colouring

Went in to get a haircut for my 3 & 4 year old. They never cry for a haircut and cried the whole time. She was not good with kids at all. Their hair was so choppy and nasty looking. I have no idea what kind of hair cut my boys got. We took them to a different salon told the stylist what had happened and what we original had asked for and she was shocked. When it was fixed buy a different stylist at a different salon it looked so much better. Will never go to them again. I can not believe how terrible they cut hair. Did they even go to school for this? Crazy to think they cut hair and do not see how terrible it looks.

Had an appointment at 3:30. Guess they double booked. The stylist looked at me and said well I am going to cut her hair first. The nice thing would be to ask if I minded. 30 minutes later she was still working on the other customers hair and by the time she got started and processed my hair it would have been way past closing. I will continue using the Murfreesboro location. Worst part is it is now 4pm and I have a meeting tomorrow and there is no where else open to get my hair done.
