The hotel is very nice. Every thing is clean. The staff is friendly EXPECT for manager. She is very curl. You can set the ac to whatever temperature you want. But it will only cool it 68.The beds are hard and pillows are very soft. The couch is comfortable but sits very low. You can hear every noise in the hall and outside. But there is no way I can give stars. I wish we could leave zero stars. We booked this hotel a few weeks ago on booking.com. we had a family emergency come up the day before we were checking in. We contacted booking.com they sent the email to the hotel. To cancel the reservation and wave the fee. The manager at the hotel refused to cancel our reservation. So we had to pay for both nights at the hotel. The cancelation fee was supposed to be less then one night. When we explain the situation to the person that answered the phone. They asked us to hold. Then came back to the phone and said the manager said she doesn't care. We asked to speak to the manager. No she is meeting. We left name and number. Never called back. Or when we called they would take our name put us on hold. Then tell us she is in a meeting or she is off, or she just stepped out. But every single time they asked for name and put us on hold before they gave us excuses. We tried to talk to the manager multiple times. She refused to take our phone calls or call us back. We went a head and went. Because we would be out $420.

I had several of my employees stay at this holiday inn, out of 3 rooms 225 was infected with bedbugs , I really thought this was a great place to stay. Room 227 & 229 were fine.I should get my money back as it going to cost several hundred dollar as I'm going to pay for all new clothes rather than trying to have them clean.

Should you ever find yourself in the unfortunate circumstance of having to stay over night or longer in Tullahoma TN, this is the place to stay. I have passed four weeks in Tullahoma three of which were here, the other week at the towns Hampton Inn. The hotel is clean, showers are hot with good pressure and the beds are comfortable. Floyd at the front desk is a very nice man and will do whatever he can to make your stay better (he even let's me call him Pink). Amy in housekeeping is an all star, never met her but have passed a few notes back and forth. Don't know if she made my room up yesterday but that was a thorough cleaning for a mid week stay.
