I’ve been to MANY HF locations across multiple states and cities and this one is by FAR the most poorly run. The customer service is awful, the employees are lazy and inept at their jobs, and their inventory ALWAYS says they have something in stock, even when half of the time they don’t. I’m a local shop owner that will drive over an hour away to go to a different location because this store is such an embarrassment to their company and our town. It’s been this way for YEARS now, not last night. Inexcusable.

Some individual don't like to here country music while shopping and especially when they are on the phone would be 4 star but due to the music 2 stars

Walked the store trying to find an employee. Found none but lots of voices and laughter from the back room. Go to the register to ask my question. Man rings out two people, reaches me and says he is closed for break. Go to another register and wait some more. Finally ask if the item I need is in stock. Yes, it is, but there is no one to go get it. Fine. I will get it elsewhere. Wait! I can go get it. That was yelled as we walked out the doors. Seriously, every time we go into this store, the service gets worse. Cheap prices? Yes. Good quality? No. Good customer service. No. A return trip? Possibly, but hopefully not.

Make adapters for the Bauer batteries to the Hercules tools and vice verse. If people can do them on Amazon and China can sell them, then you should be able to also.
