Couldn't ask for a better experience. Ronnie was incredibly polite and helpful. Informed me on deals and best picks. He appeared to be very happy to be of assistance, and in turn it made me happy to have had him present during my visit. I walked out of the store with my purchases and a smile on my face while feeling great. A very good and very rare customer service experience that I wish I could experience more often at other establishments. I will definitely be back whenever I need more products. Thank you Ronnie, you're the man!

A wide selection of great products with Knowledgeable Staff Members. The Franchise Owner, (Jeff) has owned this business for 26 years and also has a few of his Daughters work beside him. So believe me when I say, any questions asked, you will get some form of an answer that's beneficial to you personally. They personally take the time to see what you're looking for, ask you what you're trying to achieve, get to know you, your routine and what would be best for any situation that might be. Whether that be getting more Vitamins and Minerals in your diet, Losing or Gaining Weight, and Customizing your Healthy Life Style.

They are extremely rude when you purchase a product that DOES NOT WORK I GUESS THAT IS THE CUSTOMER'S FAULT I THINK NOT ..I.. DO NOT Guarantee PRODUCTS THAT DO NOT WORK I purchased strip nc extra strength and followers all instructions to a T even had 3 weeks "toxin" THC free....... I FAILED ALL 4 TEST I TOOK THANK GOD I WAS ALLOWED TO RESCHEDULE MY UA!!!!!! If their was an option to post pics of failed tests I would...... I took one at an hr after 2 hrs after and 3 hrs after amd again at 4 hours after and failed big time do not waste your money !!!! And I'd find a different company to purchase from as well ........

Firstly, The owner of this store is incredibly rude. Every single time I go in there the owner claims the products are out of stock even though the website clearly states it is in stock. I am aware that mistakes happen sometimes with technology but this is ridiculous. I am starting to think this is a money laundering front considering they have NO products to sell. The owner MET me at the door the other day and without a hi, hello, or anything basically demanded to know what I was in there for. I had two words out of my mouth before he cut me off with “that’s out of stock”. He didn’t offer any information on when it would be in stock or offer similar products. This is not the first time this exact scenario has happened to me. If you hate your job this much just sell the businesses or something. I’ll just order my stuff off of amazon.

So this is a first. An employee at GNC in Tullahoma has no clue how to do a refund/return or an even exchange. I bought an item from there on 9/12 and I asked the store associate if I didn’t like the flavor, could I return it or get an even exchange if I have my receipt and they said that’s no problem. Well, I ended up not liking the flavor and asked for a refund and showed my receipt and she said she can’t give cash back even thought it shows on the receipt that I paid with

So this is a first. An employee at GNC in Tullahoma has no clue how to do a refund/return or an even exchange. I bought an item from there on 9/12 and I asked the store associate if I didn't like the flavor, could I return it or get an even exchange if I have my receipt and they said that's no problem. Well, I ended up not liking the flavor and asked for a refund and showed my receipt and she said she can't give cash back even thought it shows on the receipt that I paid with cash and that she doesn't know how to do a return or even exchange but that she could put it back on my card. So I gave her my card. After she swiped it TWICE, I checked my bank account (it automatically shows me when the credit will post onto my account and how much of a credit I'll be getting back) and it said that I have a credit of $0.00 and that GNC charged me another $26.78. I went back in and got the managers number and left a voicemail for him to call me back. Why would they have someone working a cash register who doesn't have a clue on how to do a return or even exchange? This person needs to be trained more and shouldn't work the cash register until she is trained more.

Absolutely the worst treatment I have ever received from a employee or owner of a company. He refused to help me and told me to go online and research information since I have the internet. He was rude and very disrespectful. Never again will I go into the tullahoma GNC.
