I’m so thrilled and thankful for the care that I received from this store! I brought in my daughter’s backpack that had a missing letter in her name. The employee helped me by problem solving the issue with a patch. It turned out better than I anticipated. I love it and so does she. I definitely will be using their services for future gifts and our own personal items as well.

If you want a quality product for a great value from a great local business — this is our place.Kim and her staff are absolutely exceptional people with the very best in all things - quality, value, customer service, professionalism, character, integrity, and extremely responsive. I lost my father and she designed a custom shirt for me in remembrance of him. It was absolutely perfect, and I wear it all the time. She actually went above and beyond to make TWO shirts for me just to be sure that it was exactly what I wanted.I have loved every single thing that I have bought from her and every single thing is still holding up, years later. Christmas this year was above, beyond, and more of a personal touch. The embroideries on all of our gifts were beautiful. I have purchased items for myself, and Kimmie was always able to help me with sizing and lettering. This is extremely helpful because I order online. Kimmie is always professional, friendly, and ensures that we receive the best quality products and services!!! Kimmie is easy to get in touch with, for questions or concerns. I have a car decal that I got done here and it was not what I specifically ordered... And after telling me that it would be completed by the end of the day it turned into 2 days and was never contacted about anything. I had to repeatedly text her about it.
