I came to Clark Properties extremely sick and in dire need of a place to live. I was not in a position to be too critical. They understood, they showed care and consideration and I have been here ever since. If I have a problem, they come out and take care of it. For those of you who consider life here as "trashy", try looking in the mirror before you open your mouth. How often do you curse others, condemn others or forget you need a place to live.

We reviewed and seen their homes yesterday and all I can say is these people have incredible homes. Everything is up to code and some places even are being remodeled. Great and safe neighbors with an exceptional response time to all your needs so far as maintenance requirements. They even have their own modern appliances that come with the rental to take care of your needs. I would recommend this place.

Look elsewhere, contacted them to see about properties, they said they have two available, a three-bedroom trailer and a two-bedroom trailer, neither of which is fully equipped, and both of which are extremely overpriced. I used to live with these people and they weren't bad back then, but I'm not sure what happened. Charging nearly $700 for a place that has no refrigerator and stove, you are delusional. It's not even like they're in a good part of town, and if memory serves, the trailers weren't all that great on upkeep. Highway robbery.

For such trashy trailers they sure are strict on their credit checks. You would think they would like to have someone who is just trying to start over and works every day to move in guess not.

Needed a place, got overcharged for rent for a studio apartment. Was all fine in the winter, but when summer came, so did the bugs. Thousands of them, in everything. When I moved they followed me. 600 a month for a 1 room with included water and elec is practically robbery, as I pay 800 a month for 5 times the square footage, and it's well insulated so the bills stay low. I wasn't the perfect tenant, but God damned this place was trash. The stairs felt like they were gonna kill me.

They certainly took my application fee and deposit, but then found out my roommate was my boyfriend, and no word after that. No answers to phone calls, "office" employees have no knowledge of my application, or the fact that I toured a rental property (which was among the most rundown, infested apartments I had ever seen) with an owner. When I pointed out the holes in the walls and floors, I was met with claims of renovation work gone wrong, ha! Nothing was updated past 1976, except maybe the lightbulbs. Maybe.

All properties should be torn down or at least remodled. None are up to code and fire hazzards waiting to happen.
