I was waited on by the NICEST lady here! Her name is Jaime. Waited in line special to go through her line. From the time I walked in the store she was greeting people with her sunny disposition. The clothes were great too. Highly recommend this store!

I will not be shopping here anymore. You do not except checks. I wrote checks when it was Burkes. Clerk was not very friendly.

A decent selection of clothes and other merchandise, but the bathroom was super gross. The whole store looks like it needs a good deep cleaning.

I was just in Burks in Tullahoma Tn I had been in line quite a while. I finally got called up an notice someone came in with a return one of the cashiers new apparently they were headed to get in line or into the store as they should, the cashew waved for her to come to her register and preceded to return her purchase as the rest of the line that had been waiting for their TURN waited. This happened at 2:43 pm Tuesday November 22nd older lady with blondish gray hair I almost said something but reframed myself but it’s 2:59 an I’m still upset about it wondering if I brought back a return if I should just cut line an go in front of everyone else?

Staff is super rude! Their selection of stuff is great, but the staff being rude makes me not even want to go in there. Marshalls is much better.

My wife and I love going to Burke's Outlet in Tullahoma Tennessee. Upon entering the store we are always greeted and upon leaving the store we are wished well or thanked for coming in. In Burke's through the years we have made some fantastic purchases for huge savings from leather jackets to shoes, birthday and Christmas gifts and we'll keep shopping there as we never know what we will find as this time we purchased multi color peppercorns.

Every single time I've gone in there the lines. THE LINES. They usually seem to wait until the lines are backed up beyond their zigzag waiting area before they call another person in. That is my biggest biggest complaint with the store. How much time I spend waiting in line.
