I will recommend this place to everyone! Not only do they have a large variety of unique finds, but they support a great cause! Every purchase supports Community Care Ministries and therefore helps keep our community fed and off the streets. The Attic Outlet is all around a wonderful place with a great mission and a super friendly team!

I will not be going back to this place to donate, I really like what they do for people but their staff in the back is not nice. This woman came out with a very bad attitude because we parked in the wrong spot. We were not aware of where to park. Definitely need to replace her because if it was not for the way I was talked to by her, I would come back. The other two gentleman that helped unload our car were very nice. Thank you for what you do for people but maybe think about how you talk to people considering we are donating our stuff so you can make money for the community.

Very disheartened by the service I got from the employees here especially the man who came to get my big furniture items. The attic was suggested to me by someone I knew who said they had a truck and would come pick up big prices of furniture so I gave them a call. The calls started in mid June. I told them I had multiple peices of furniture I needed picked up along with a bunch of boxes. I was told that they would pick up both furniture and boxes the same day for one set price. It took a month for the guy to finally come out and get my stuff. When he got to my house his entire demeanor changed when he saw every4hing we needed to donate. He then proceeded to go out to his truck and make a phone call and go off on whoever he was speaking to in the other end. He was yelling so loudly I could hear him all the way in my house. He gave me a very bad and unprofessional attitude the entire time he was here. He never called me by my name he just kept referring to me as "her" He acted like it was the end of the world that he had to come and get our stuff even though there were multiple people there to help him move every4hing. He never took our boxes claiming he had to talk to somebody at the office even though we were told he would get them while he was here. He then gave me a hard time about honoring the price i was given to have the items picked up.
His unprofessilnalism and rudeness was completely uncalled for and not appreciated. He ended the experience claiming he would call me back but I haven't heard anything from anyone at the company. I feel lied to and misled. If you didn't want to take these items whether it be fur iture or boxes then be professional enough to tell me over the phone and not waste a month of my time trying to figure out when I can get you guys to come out. I was upfront and honest about what I had to donate but you guys couldn't show me the same respect. I wish you well but never again will I do business or recommend my.friends do business with your company again

This is one of the best laid out thrift stores that not only has thrifty clothing, toys, books and housewares but also vintage items and a few real antiques. We visited today Tuesday June 25, 2024 and was amazed at how they have developed through the years. The employees and volunteers have done an amazing job of organizing everything as well as making sure everything is clean. My wife and I even witnessed an amazing antique pump organ in great condition. Everyone we met in this establishment was awesome and they are a beautiful asset to their community in helping so many people in need from low income, the homeless and every day people looking for a wonderful addition to their home, office or for someone who wishes to resell items for a profit. Go in, check them out and support your community.

It's not as good as it used to be. The prices are outrageous for used things. Some of them extremely used. For the prices they are asking you can just buy new clothing and such. Sorry to see things get this way. I had not been in years and was very disappointed they've sold out and have become just as bad as Goodwill's pricing.

Well not only are the prices high, but I went in for a job interview and both the ladies act like they have no idea what they’re doing. I got a tour of the place by one lady while the main lady went to cash her check and get lunch, I literally got there about 1:30 and the lady didn’t leave until like 20 minutes later after she saw me there, so the bank would be open for hours but I guess cashing her check and getting lunch was more important than interviewing me. The prices are way too high and as a Christian myself it bothers me this is the “best” thrift store in Tullahoma. I won’t be back! I’ll stick to shopping at goodwill that actually helps people.

They're definitely selling stuff out of the backdoor instead of running it through the store. Everyone I know has stopped going because they only put out junk now. Another thrift store operating under the guise of "Christianity" and "community."
