Today marks at least the 6th time my milkbone delivery for Amazon has gone missing. Not only that they sent me a message today telling me my home was closed for business so they could not delivery. Basically someone down there has been stealing my Milkbone deliveries. I partially blame Amazon for not putting it in its own box, but I am about ready to head to the hub and demand they search every vehicle until they come up with my freaking milkbone and I want someone fired over it

i've been ordering parts for my Jeep online the past couple of weeks and when UPS delivers them boxes have been opened and stuff is missing. Last time it was one of a pair of shock absorbers. Today the hardware for a tracking bar. Funny thing is that when I order from somewhere that uses FedEx, I get my stuff and usually within a couple of days instead of 3 or more. I used to have good things to say about UPS deliveries. Not so much anymore.

Purchased two items, one from California and one from Connecticut, one from California shipping ups four days later hasn’t left the state. The other from Connecticut shipped fedex , it will be delivered today. Very poor service!

This service center is terrible. Even when asked to leave packages in an easily accessible enclosed trailer the delivery person leaves packages out in the open at the garage for my dogs to carry off or to be affected by the rain which happened today. When you call the service center you get an automated computerized assistant who is of no help and no way to actually speak to a real person. Sure would be nice if they would just do what’s been asked and supposedly document at the service center.

Absolutely horrible, tracking said my package left this facility for delivery yet I never received it...driver dropped it off at a business it seems and now I'm getting the run around trying to find it...very unprofessional. It's not hard to double check the address on a package!

Been waiting on a package & I checked it’s tracking it said delivered Tuesday 24th at 4pm I checked my camera for the whole day & nothing was delivered . Plus we were all home so there’s that. I needed that order for work .funny how they act like they can’t do anything about it . I have been using ups for shipping my packages but I won’t anymore.

Pay for 2 day shipping... packages get to Trenton in a timely manner, they will say "out for delivery ", then they don't arrive. Usually get them the next day or sometimes two days later. I guess delivery schedules don't matter to the local folks in Trenton.
