“I was in Verizon the other day to ask about WIFI in my area since I already have home phone service with Verizon. Josh was the only one working and is very helpful, great attitude and sense of humor. Last year when I moved to Humboldt TN, WiFi was not available in my neighborhood. He did some checking, calling customer service and even though they still don’t have any thing available in my neighborhood, he went above and beyond looking up local WIFI services in my area to contact since I’m not happy with TMobile. I advised him if Verizon ever covers my area for internet, I’ll be going with them. Great employee at Verizon on N. Central Ave, Humboldt, TN. Josh was also helpful since I’m an older lady and using a walker (bad knees)…helping me get in and out of the door….this guy deserves a raise ?”
