When I call a business I am spending my hard earned dollars with I dont want a 10 minute conversation with a phone tree.My doctor called a refill for a heart medication yesterday that CVS Trenton didn’t receive. I called the doctor and they said to check with CVS, because their records showed it sent. I told the CVS girl that either they were wrong or my doctor was wrong. She informed me that she wasn’t lying to me, that every day computers say a prescription is sent when its not. I told the girl not to get snippy with me and I would call my doctor for the third time to confirm my prescription was sent! Im not sure how many thousand dollars Eddie’s Pharmacy will be getting but, I do know when I call I want be wasting my time talking to a computer or a disrespectful tech!

Been trying to get my blood pressure medication filled and the doctor had sent them the rx to do so twice. Cvs pharmacy excuse is that they did not get it and they keep saying call my doctor back to get it sent over. Gave up and going to have a different pharmacy fill out my blood pressure medication. Bad move cvs...

Store in general is great....pharmacy lacks customer diplomacy. Friday March 11 around 3:00pm was picking up a new med for my husband and since it was quite expensive and doctors insist he stay on it a year... I ask how long had it been on market. To which pharmacist answered..." 2 yrs and if the next question is leading up to...is there a generic?...no there isn't " rather rudely....I was just concerned that since doctors wanted him to stay on it for a year was just wondering if they were just using him as a lab rat.....I thought one had the right to ask any question about new meds without being talked down too........thought her answer was rather rude!

Been waiting for 35 minutes to get to the window, now waiting on a medication that’s ready for almost 15 minutes, I hate to have to wait on something that’s not ready ??♂️

Went online set up appointment for a test. Got email an 2 text messages saying im good to go. I call cvs an they say im not in system to get tested. Ok what is the 2 text messages an conformation email. On top of all of that my wife went the same day to get flu shot has insurance. But they tell her it's $25 for her to get it. Ok what about all the signs in cvs saying free flu shots.
