It's a slum. There is so much black mold that the ceiling of an empty apartment fell in. The parking lot was left with massive pot holes until USPS threatened to sue. They are risking killing people.. Not fit for human habitation.... 40 years as a respiratory therapist.... greed is risking lives here.
