The catfish is breaded very well! The country ham is a true country ham. I absolutely love the old style onion rings. The hush puppies are large and moist on the inside. The rolls and white beans are also very good! The old style lake vibe makes me remember my childhood!

Food was great, but the entertainment was amazing, they had Jes and Vic Richmond playing music and they had the dance floor packed.

Best place to eat on Reelfoot Lake! Never had a bad experience and always leave full. I've been craving those catfish filets since I had them last. Owned by lovely people and never disappoints!

The fried car fish is the best I've ever had. I've been coming here since I was a little girl and the food never disappoints! Only thing I can say is sometimes the wait time can be long but with good food that's expected. All 5 stars for me!

Wasn't my cup of tea. Fish was a little over cooked. The quantity of food was great, the quality, not so great.

The wait staff was so wonderful. The decor is a very nice pub feel with low ceilings. It's nice and clean, and the people are so very nice and attentive. The food was very greasy and way to much bread/starch in one meal. We're still suffering from the oily fish since we're not used to this much fried food in one meal. Fries, sweet hush puppies, a huge bowl of slaw with sugar vinegar dressing, two cornmeal catfish filets, and onion rings. The lady next to us said the slaw was good to cut the grease of the fish.

We ordered to go, and it was AMAZING FOOD and SERVICE!!! The Cole slaw was made differently than we are used to, but it was really good. The catfish was my all-time favorite. Everyone in our party enjoyed what they ordered, seafood platter, green beans, white beans, fries and the onion rings were like mom use to make. Even though they were busy the entire time we were there, it is well worth waiting for. Being able to order and pick up was sweet. Very Very Good!!!!

I've been coming here for the last three years and it keeps getting worse and worse. My family's last meal there was horrible my chicken was so dry and tough I thought it was jerky, my moms fried liver and onions were like rubber balls and never mind the canned vegetables lol.

Ok it was clean. Judy gets 5 stars for the hostess with the mostest! The window A/C unit was adequate. My favorite part. There were a couple of frying pans under the counter and I used one to make toast. No toaster. The room was clean and there were plenty of towels. Old dark cypress boards as paneling in the ceilings and walls were interesting. Bed was a bit on the saggy side but this had been a tiny cabin used for many years and is actually in good repair even today. Not the Hampton inn and we were lucky to have light bulbs! Miss Judy said so! Good for a Base camp while we scoped out the Reelfoot Lake area as a first time visitor but it was a box to check off and we did. Choosing between a tent or a camper I would appreciate being out of the weather and inside this 18x18 cabin. The bathroom was 9x6 and the kitchen was 9x6. They came around next morning about 10 am in a side by side to exchange the towels and that was interesting too. I will only say this in closing. If I had dropped a ball and it rolled under the bed I would not have gone after it. Don’t look under there! What you don’t see won’t hurt you.

Great place to stay if you’re visiting reelfoot. All of the cabins have a little grill/smoker setup, and it’s easy to walk right over to the lake or drive to surrounding area. Cabins are clean and have everything you need, nothing

In Reelfoot area with family for a memorial and visiting from out of town. We walked in after to get some food with 17 family members looking forward to some good southern food. After being stared down by everyone to include staff we asked if there was a table. You would think they would be excited about the money we were about to spend and tip but instead we get a deep sigh and told " not sure if I can get you a table" and before even looking around tells us "it's going to be a hour" no smile, no welcome, no apology just a please go away look. My kids new to this area noticed right away we were not welcome. So all this to say that if you are not from the area I'd recommend you find a more friendly and welcoming place.
