“I am handicap and cannot get inside the store. I do have returns from Amazon and things I sell on marketplace that has to go through UPS. The staff are always so nice to come out and get packages for me. It really helps me out. They are always friendly.”

“I have used this location many times, and every time, I am greeted with a smile, professionalism, and a little bit of humor thrown in too. Today though, I went to ship something with their “brown competitor”, because I needed to return something with a prepaid label from a vendor. However, I couldn’t print out the label because my printer is in storage during a move. They told me they could print my label, but I had to return in 24 hours to pick it up. ???You’re telling me you can’t print one piece of paper, while I’m standing in your store, to ship something with on your carrier??? I wish online shopping allowed you to choose who ships your items, because I would choose FedEx every time! I walked into FedEx Office, and asked if they could do my job. He had me email it to their store and printed it in two seconds. Not only that, when I went to pay him, he said “no charge for just one little label”… I was in and out in less than three minutes. Every time I have to print or ship anything, I choose to this location.”
