I’ve been to many minute clinics and have had great experiences but this is by far the worst one. Rebekah Raymond was quite obviously trying to rush me out of there so she could go eat her lunch. I gave her my symptoms and she only gave me 2 tests and just sent me on my way after that. I will never be visiting this location ever again.

I wish I could give minus. They are lying and trying to rob you.My daughter was tested positive in her doctor's office and later paid $4.93 for the test. Six days later, I scheduled a covid19 test at Thompson Station CVS to be tested whether I was positive since I had running nose. I was negative and told that I don't have to pay anything and covered fully with my insurance. Two days later, I sent my daughter and my husband to be tested before going to school or work. My daughter was still tested positive and they were told that everything was covered and don't have to pay anything. Later we got three different bill amount for three of us. They even added an Office Visit charge to my daughter's and and my husband's bill WHICH they didn't add to mine. When I complained about 3 different bills for 3 family members for the same test with the same insurance, they threatened me that only change they will do is to add office visit charge to my bill. So, DO NOT GO to this place if you don't want to be robbed.

Use to be a great location. They’ve switched practitioners and the new one is horrible.

I am so very sad at the outcome we had here. My 5 year old daughter spiked a fever this afternoon, the night before Halloween, and was complaining of a sore throat. Assuming it is likely strep since it is going around now, I tried to get her into a clinic to be seen. After trying two other clinics with lines too long to get us in, we went here. We waited to be seen and were the only ones there. At 4pm the dr came out and said she wouldn’t see us because she had to clean up before they closed in 30 minutes. She had no other appts and 30 minutes until close, but refused to give my daughter a strep test. My 5 year old daughter is not able to get on the antibiotics she needs tonight therefore will not be able to trick or treat tomorrow. The lack of compassion shown from this woman, on top of that they advertise they are open 30 minutes later than they actually are, Is a good indication that they are not the type of clinic I want to give my business to.

I wish I could give ZERO stars. Took my daughter in for a dog bite at 3:50. The clinic closes at 4:30. Nurse finished up with her patient at 4:00 and said “if the computer won’t let you put in an appointment, I can’t see you so you’ll have to go somewhere else”. Shut her office door while I was telling her about the dog bite. That’s not what I would expect from a care facility. I’ve used this clinic in the past with average results but now that I know better, I’ll never return. The nurse was more worried about getting home than performing the service CVS is paying her for. Very disappointed

Imagine getting a bill from someone 6 months after you were there. That’s this place.

What a pleasant experience. The staff was very professional. I would suggest using them for all your health needs. The reservation system couldn't have been any easier. So glad they are in Columbia. CVS has always been great to deal with.

I cannot say enough good things aboutMeagan Pilleteri!! After a terrible experience at a different walk in clinic in town, we went to this CVS minute clinic. My daughter was seen by Meagan, and what a sigh of relief that was. Meagan looked, listened, and checked my daughter. She saw the symptoms, listened to her chief complaint and understood the symptoms. She TREATED the symptoms! My daughter walked away with a prescription for an antibiotic and albuterol to treat her sinus infection and bronchitis that should have been treated a week prior at the other facility in Spring Hill.During these times where everyone is afraid of the CV, y'all have to understand there are other things that cause us to feel ill. I loved that my daughter was treated by someone who was able to treat her symptoms and not just shove something up her nose and walk away.I highly recommend Meagan Pilleteri! In less than 24 hours my daughter is already feeling better!!

I went to this Minute Clinic over a weekend recently and what a blessing it is that I did! With all the covid tests having to be done, it is virtually impossible to get into a walk in clinic in a respectable amount of time for other issues. I had tried making an appt online but did not succeed. I figured it was bad internet connection on my end. When I got there another patient was leaving and was greeted by Katie Johnson NP. She literally saved the day as I was in a world full of hurt. When she initially greeted me, she was regretfully telling me that the appt schedule was completely full for that day. She did however ask what I was there for. Once I told her, she got me in and out in 10 minutes! She was quick, professional, empathetic, and provided a wealth of information! Not to mention, she was extremely kind and energetic which made it fun to be in there!Lastly, doctor Kate treated me like she had known me her whole life. That is a luxury that you do not find at walk in clinics! Thank you Katie for sparing some of your own time to help me! I will forever be grateful!!

I’d give this place negative stars if possible I told them not to prescribe me the antibiotics from November since I had a severe reaction so they did just that and are refusing to call in a new prescription without being seen again ! They were very rude on the phone - any other dr would apologize and call in a new prescription or offer a follow up no charge! Do not go here!

This minute clinic is a joke!! You can't refuse someone medical treatment!! I will deal with Vanderbilt walk in no matter how long a wait from now on like I always have.

Professional, thorough, provided educational resources, transparent on costs, reasonable, easy to schedule appointment, liked that I could get on the list, go do some shopping and then they texted when I was up next.We will be back!

I have come here on different occasions for a variety of issues. My husband and I have always been happy with the care. The facility is clean and the two practitioners are very nice.
