Needed a refill and was told I was out of refills and they would contact my doctor about more on a Friday. Called again Monday to see if refilled and was told by a very impatient and rude staff member in a hateful tone of voice that it was my responsibility to contact the doctor and that they just send an email which is often ignored. Said that was fine, I just hadn't been told that. Started to ask if mine had been refilled (in case email was responded to) and was hung up on mid question. Will not be using this pharmacy again.

This is a larger Kroger. It has a portion of clothing and home goods that take up one side of the store. I can't speak to either of these as I have never shopped for anything but groceries here. As far as groceries are concerned, they normally have a decent selection to choose from. My only complaint is that the produce section is always rather picked through and sparse when I am there.

Prescriptions are never ready at the time given when you call them in. Staff is not knowledgeable and have argued with me about being able to fill a prescription. Had to have my doctor call them and tell them they must fill my prescription after I arrived and the prescription was not filled. They had not tried to contact me to let me know or discuss options. Poor service in an industry that is directly related to quality of life and healthcare is unacceptable.

This is the BEST Kroger. Don't know what these lower ratings are all about. I'll drive way out of the way if necessary so I can go to this one. It's clean and usually has great selection of everything!

Very nice store. I come regularly and love having so many available items. One stop shopping. I'm finally getting the lay of the land. I haven't interacted with too many employees but when I have they have been helpful.

I do not write reviews, but this is easily the worst pharmacy I have ever used.Once I was told my kid's antibiotics for an ear infection was not ready due to a fax issue, an insurance update, and a prior authorization issue by 3 different techs in the same visit. They literally closed the drive thru on my wife 20 minutes before closing and after telling her they just needed a few more minutes to fill her medicine. Multiple times have we had to wait over two hours or more.Do not use this pharmacy. These have not been isolated issues. We have used them because we used the Kroger in Franklin and Murfreesboro without any issues. The locations here in Spring Hill are not equipped to handle the business they have, let alone any new business.

Such a disrespectful group of staff. The job is to help people, people needing medication and that’s the absolute last thing they did. This pharmacy always has issues/terrible service but this was by far the worst I’ve ever had to deal with. I had surgery today and immediately left to go to the pharmacy to pick up pain meds for tonight, after being there for more than 8 hours. Surgery went longer than expected. Which is out of my hands. I walk slow due to being sore and by the time I slowly shuffled to the pharmacy with my needed ID I made it by 7:04, the pharmacy closed at 7pm. The doors not even fully closed. The staff had an oh well attitude, “come back at 9am” the pharmacist said. The pharmacist (with blonde hair) or technician who knows was out right rude & dismissive just goes back to work as I try to plea for help in picking these meds up. The very heavyset short Hispanic worker pops off with didn’t I get meds while in surgery….. nothing gets by such a genius of a human, but not genius enough to conclude it will not last 14 hours until they open again tomorrow morning. As I sit here sobbing in pain it didn’t even last an hour from leaving the Hospital from the last time I received meds. The first night from being cut up and having an organ removed is the worst. I have a count down until the pharmacy opens just suffering because we didn’t drive 100 leaving Nashville. Counting 10 pills was far too much for such a self focused staff wrapped up in themselves alone. I’ve worked in a pharmacy for over 10 years I know what it takes to fill a prescription and it should have been a minute at most unless your just slow and dense or can’t count to ten without using your fingers. That staff especially the blonde one was selfish, rude & out right lazy! Not that they care or that anything will come of this but they’ve lost my business and definitely respect. Shame on me for filling a RX in my hometown the surgeon ordering an RX early afternoon while none of us expected things to take so long. Should have learned my lesson with all the other issues, silly me for giving so much grace.

Ive dealt with this pharmacy for years as before this year was always great. I guess now they permanently have no drivethru as always closed at their discretion, which is always. It is a shame with all the new pharmacists looking for positions they cant get good corporate pharmacy leadership to run a busy store and beef up training. Maybe they need to up the tech pay and do hiring bonuses for pharmacy techs. Kind of terrible that they drive many ill people into a large store to wait in lines for scripts vs their cars. And yes could go somewhere else but the Pharmacy benefit card used here is better.

We moved here in 2018, this store and Pharmacy was recommended to us, sent up our scripts, and all was good, people were friendly and Professional, but since the Pandemic, Medicines have not been ready, infact i received a refill on a drug that had no refills, we received papers on Medicines that neither if us is thing. They say they are hiring but are they really? And it is true, they don't answer the phones, and the drive up window is not open.

Faster Pharmacy line than its counter part in Thompson’s Station! Convenient location!

At least for now, stay away. They are understaffed and as a result are days behind on filling prescriptions. The drive-thru is closed and if you come in, be prepared to wait at least 45 minutes in line before you can even talk to anyone. I attempted to transfer my prescription and the other pharmacy declined because “we stopped trying to work with them, they never pick up the phone.” There’s a CVS right next door, just use that.Hopefully shortly this will not be an issue, but staff is hard to find.

Kroger pharmacy on Traders Way is severely understaffed to the point where they don’t even answer their phones anymore. I let it ring for over 50 minutes one day. If you need to talk to them, you need to go to the store and stand in a 1.5-2 hour line wrapped around the isles to talk to them. It is insanely ridiculous and I’m in the process of transferring my medications to CVS next door.

I know it's hard to find help, but there's always a line out to the main aisles and one person working the register. The drive thru window is closed. This has been going on at least 6 weeks. I do feel badly for the one pharmacist or one tech working at any given time, but come on Kroger. You need to get yourself together and pay well enough to attract people. It's pretty pathetic.

Worst pharmacy in the country. Doesn't even deserve a rating.
