Insurance pointed me towards them, but they wouldn’t even book an appointment for me. I’ve used this place before, but they recently got bought out and now they’re TERRIBLE! Stay away!!

Very honest, fair company. It's refreshing to work with a company that appreciates your business, and does good work. If I ever need an auto body again, they will be my first choice.

The people here are so incredibly kind and I would recommend them 1000 times over again. Heather and the guy at the front desk (I’m sorry I didn’t catch your name) are so helpful and we’re a delight to work with. Incredibly service, and my car looks flawless again. Thank you!

Unfortunately this shop has closed. The body shop side is now Gerber. The lead mechanic went to Cody’s in Franklin.

My vehicle was in a rear end accident and we chose to have Autobody in Thompson's Station fix it. Mr EJ at Autobody was very kind, informative and helpful. We will definitely use again if the need arises.

My E300 Mercedes was damaged in the front hood and fenders by rocks falling from a dump truck. I brought the car into the shop in Spring Hill and dropped it off to be worked on. 10 days later return I , they delivered the car... and forgot to put the new grill and other trim pieces on the car. Plus a damaged item from the last repair they did. NONE was doe. I had to return another time for hours to have them get the extra parts they left off. When I return to get it, the brand new painted hood looked like someone had painted it with a brush in some areas. Fish eyes, flaws etc. I was very upset. The response was give that there had been a death in the company and that everyone was having a hard time. I felt bad for this, but it is still an operational business. On the fourth time back, was because we discovered 4 places on the hood where the repair person had sanded inproperly so it showed a dull 10" spot plus a few others smaller one. They take mt car another hour, fix the marks, and then hand me the car with a thank you and hand shake. I was frustrated. I told the manager that I felt I was treated poorly and that I am the only one who is losing here. 4 trips back to the shop. 5 hours of my time sitting there or driving back to fix poor work. I said this is something you should have taken responsibility for and treated me with respect and picked my car up and delivered it back to me TOTALLY FIXED! I also said that there should have been a credit issued or a refund in good favor for something. I told them I didn't want the money, it could go to my charity. The manager said well email me. In my business that's called a "put off." Still no ownership of very poor workmanship and customer serve. These are "nice" people, but this is by far the worse experience I have had in car repair. I would definitely think twice before bringing mu vehicle here IF you want good workmanship and customer service. In addition, everyone is wearing W.W.J.D. bracelets and I'm pretty sure, Jesus wouldn't do business this way.

Stated my rims were not warped however 3 shops showed they were with extra weights. Said nothing was wrong with my car. Almost wrecked going hime due to bent rims on front and other things wrong not addressed or fixed. Asked to order rims was told they could not order rims at my cost without permission from the insurance company

I can't say enough good things about this center! Mike kept me up to date on the progress throughout the time my car was there. The repairs were done sooner than expected and they did a fantastic job! Highly recommend!!!

We worked with Mike. They were very professional. The quality and time to repair our damages were very reasonable. Mike was very proactive when it came to keeping us up to date with the vehicle status. We never had to call him once to get info. Highly recommend them and they also do other car services so we will be back.
