I was appalled at the treatment my daughter received at the TN Ridge dollar store in New Years Eve. The cashier went to the end of the aisle she was shopping in and ask her how long she was going to look at what they had. I'm sorry is there a time limit on how long one can shop? She then proceeded to stand at the end of the aisle for several minutes. In front of other customers. She was so embarrassed. My daughter then went to the check out line then got out to find a drink in another cooler. The cashier then yelled at her in front of people. My daughter has bad anxiety and started crying. She left her basket and went to the car to FaceTime me hysterical. While on the phone with me another customer knocked on her window to ask if she was ok and he was shocked how the woman treated her. I called the manager but she wasn't much help and seemed unconcerned about the situation. It is awful to treat someone that way. After posting about this on her Facebook page others came forward saying they tried to avoid the store when the woman works and she has treatment them bad as well. I wish someone would do something.

driver's Dollar store it just seems like it needs to be cleaned up it's disinfected and maybe neatly arranged but it's the dollar store as usual

Prices are great but I really wish the would clean the outside front of store. Bugs, dirt, and cobwebs everywhere.

I liked the pleasant helpful staff in there. It's clean and neat and fully stocked. Although I've never been a fan of Dollar General prices and this was no exception. I usually only shop there when it's and emergency.

My name is James Rodger Stewart I live in Erin Tennessee I have one store that I can see the roof up from my house and the one at Tennessee ridge that I go to at both places the employees seem extremely polite and knowledgeable I guess I'll keep on going to it until the Lord calls me home they only thing I don't understand about the stores is there in the same county maybe 5 or 6 miles apart and they have two different area codes one of them related to this county but not necessary in the one here and Erin is the area code that's from like Nashville Tennessee and I don't understand why they don't have a local number it wouldn't be long distance for me and several other people if someone that works for Dollar general can you explain that part to me it would be deeply appreciated and I say what I can do to get you a raise and if they don't want to do that they can at least erect a statue of you in front of the office thank you
