The customer service telephone representative and service technician were extremely polite and pleasant to interact with. Both individuals methodically walked me through troubleshooting steps and resolved my issue with a high level of professionalism.

I don't have a complaint in regards to my internet...how ever your customer service department is very lacking...the right never know what the left is doing...so sad...
