An eye sore of a janky gas station and its front and center of Tellico ! Rip the old leaking fuel tanks out of the ground and make our town spark again with a fresh and new gas station. That doesn't rob your debit card every other time.

I came in and bought two drinks from the cooler earlier tonight. They were standing vertically in the cooler and then on the counter. When I laid them down flat on my seat one of them starting spilling all over and I noticed there was a hole in it. I went back inside and the cashier started screaming “go outside what are you doing idiot”. When he came outside I explained there was a hole in one and he said “well you must have dropped it and I’m not giving you a new one these cost me money so give me more money or leave”. Definitely will not be going here ever again. Worst service ever.

Rude staff that rushed us to get our stuff and move on.(this was before covid) their credit card machine is held together with a rubber band and it froze my card. To many tries. I swiped once.

Maybe they shouldn't have promised so much. Like a clean bathroom shouldn't be an exceptional part of your gas station. The customer exsperience says maybe train your staff on the simple words thankyou. You would be amazed at the customers reviews.

The store is called TELLICO PRIDE now. It's under a new managment with a better service. I'm the new owner of TELLICO PRIDE gas station in Tellico Plains. We will make this place awesome again. We are working on getting it cleaned up for example restrooms, floors, and lights.

Only giving 1 star because I have to...something went wrong with their credit card machine yesterday and declined my card. I asked if he'd take a check and he shook his head no (apparently doesn't speak English) so I had to drive out of my way to another store causing me to be late for work and guess what , my card worked there. I'm a local who's had my account 10+ years and the money was there . I really don't appreciate the way that guy presents himself. I won't go back there again. He should get to know the locals and learn to speak English so that his business is successful . Wouldn't hurt to clean the place up either.
