Beautiful place to stay and highly recommended.
Incredibly friendly hosts with amazing bedrooms/showers/lounge area.
Also great laundry service and a chance to play pool and darts.
I got to meet the beautiful cat named Roger.
Such a memorable stay.
Myself and my three friends were hiking the Benton Mackaye trail and we were welcomed with such kindness.
Thank you Laura for a wonderful experience. 😎

This farmhouse bed and breakfast is one of the best! The staff (owner) is super friendly and makes it feel like home. We stayed in the Richard room, it is the smallest of 3 and still had plenty of room. Having breakfast in your pj's at the table made it feel like being at home. Highly recommend this place and we will be staying here next year.

Enjoying the Smokey Mountain 500 with my son and Pete and his 2 sons. Words really can't describe this B&B , top to bottom excellent. If your in the area or anywhere close I highly recommend The Farmhouse inn, you will not be disappointed. Thank you for your hospitality. Patrick

My wife and I just spent 8 nights at the Farmhouse Inn while she was convalescing from surgery, and to explore the area as a possible retirement location.Laura immediately made us feel right at home, and she was extremely helpful in suggesting areas and sights to see during our stay. The Farmhouse Inn is very comfortable with large rooms (we stayed in the Sophie), and with much more character than we could ever hope for from a corporate hotel. Everything is spotless, and it was impressive to see Laura’s energy and work ethic as she attended to all the guests while running the business almost single-handedly.There are plenty of books, magazines, travel brochures, and maps available to peruse, and a game room above the garage (which we did not check out). The local visitor’s center is a quick walk down the street, with lots of information on local attractions.Laura was exceedingly accommodating, from making sure we had plenty of supplies to creating delicious breakfasts around our dietary needs. Aside from Laura’s excellent breakfasts there aren’t many dining options available in Tellico Plains, but we highly recommend the Tellicafe for the good food at good prices, and amazingly friendly service.Kman is an avid motorcyclist, so it was fun talking to him about motorcycles and local rides. My wife and I are dog lovers, so we also enjoyed having Ellie and Sydney around to play with.Cell phone service is spotty at best in the area (we have ATT), so it was nice having Wi-Fi available at the inn so we could catch up on the news and check our emails while we were there. And we were able to do wash while we were there, which was a huge bonus! We highly recommend the Farmhouse Inn and would not hesitate to stay there again.Greg and Theresa

Mark and I had a wonderful 3-night stay at the Farmhouse Inn over the holiday weekend. The B&B was one of the cleanest we’ve ever stayed in and Laura’s breakfasts were beautiful as well as delicious. You can tell that the owners have put much thought into the rooms —from the fluffy white towels, well placed hangers for bikers clothes, comfortable beds and bedding, good toilet paper (lol) and I could go on and on! We also loved sitting on the front porch and playing with their precious pups and cat, Roger. They were so sweet and well behaved. Laura was available for our every need. We visit this area multiple times a year on our bike and are looking forward to staying here again very soon!

Laura, the host, is so accommodating :) : she let me make a salad in her kitchen and let us store our luggage in the living room for an extra hour after check-out time. Big kudos for that!Quiet area-very peaceful stay. You must visit the Grains Bakery-great scones, coffee and probably sandwiches although we did't get to try theirs. There is a TV downstairs in the community living room.Parking is close and easy. She has a Keurig so you can grab tea/coffee anytime. As well, there is a mini fridge loaded with bottled water. :)And, if you're a lover of vegetables and fruit, plan to visit the Meninite Farm Market 5 miles North. They grow everything there and harvest themselves. The taste is out of this world and the prices are so affordable. I went home with a box of veges to take back to Nashville! We also had a chicken salad sandwich from Iron Skillet just a few miles down the road which was fantastic, too. Be sure to come with a bottle of wine and some (Sweetwater) cheese from the Grains Bakery to enjoy the outdoor swing on the front porch. Yum.You're just a short drive to energetic one-mile hike to a _______Falls (Indian name tarts with the letter C). It's a cool experience-rough road up. If you have a low rider sports car, this road isn't for you But once down the 2 mile road you get to the trailhead for the hike.So much to do and very near the Cherohala Skyway so a great stop before or after that trek. Thanks, again. Laura for a great stay.

Awesome place to stay! The couple that owns and runs Farmhouse Inn are wonderful and fun and helpful with anything you need. Farmhouse Inn is not too big, so it will never be crowded. It has a definite "I'm home" feeling, and the rooms are very nice. The location is perfect, right in Tellico Plains with lots of recreational opportunities all around, plus there are restaurants and gas nearby. Bonus - if you ride motorcycles, you HAVE to stay here, your hosts are avid motorcyclist!

Everything about our stay was perfect. We were made to feel welcome and at home for our entire 2 night stay. The Inn is spotlessly clean. The hosts Kyle and Laura were friendly and welcoming. Breakfasts were delicious and beautifully presented. We enjoyed visiting on the porch with the other house guests and playing with the host's well behaved pets. The people in the nearby restaurants, visitors center and museum were all very polite and helpful. It's a nice area to visit especially for those with motorcycles who enjoy scenic trails.
