Enjoying the Smokey Mountain 500 with my son and Pete and his 2 sons. Words really can't describe this B&B , top to bottom excellent. If your in the area or anywhere close I highly recommend The Farmhouse inn, you will not be disappointed. Thank you for your hospitality. Patrick

We had a last minute stay due to temps dipping below 20 degrees. Could not have asked for a better situation. Incredible hosts, great accommodations and a wonderful hot breakfast.We'll be back for

If you're looking for a quiet, clean place to stay near Lake Oconee then The Farm House Inn is for you. Great location, attentive staff and good food!
