They now have the capability to do QR codes and print out receipt with tracking numbers without being in a long line.

Very hard to get them to deliver a package they try an give your packages to ups or fed ex they don't take them so you wait until the mail carrier feels like delivering them. They kept my packages sitting in a corner of the post office. They refused to deliver but never gave me a reason. An left a slip say they were gonna sent them back to the sender. After a month the seller had not received them.back and it took me another 3 weeks to catch them open to find out what happened an low an behold the were still sitting in the corner of the back room. An I had a packaged that was supposed to be delievered today..they passed it back an forth between carriers an it never got delivered..why is nothing being done. Telford is NOT big enough to be having these issues for this long.

Wife got a package. Glass stuff I sent her which was wrapped up, is shattered. Which doesn't surprise me. Can't say I'm surprised with this place. As we always have issues with them we'll probably stick to FedEx or UPs after this.

We have not had the best experience with this mail office. My IRS check was put in my neighbors box luckily they gave it to me. We don't get things we're waiting for and I'm currently waiting on Christmas presents that say they were dropped off at this office but haven't been scanned in ...and of course they're closed til Monday. So I'm left hoping my son's presents arrive on time or at all or I'll be going around store to store praying I can find what I ordered. It's awful you can count on your mail people to get you your mail. And it wouldn't hurt them to be open a little longer right here at Christmas time so they can make sure everyone gets their stuff. This office is barely ever open and I'm currently depending on them to get my son's Christmas to us. I've read many reviews in telford community posts about this office not being dependable and leaving things where it doesn't belong. People are asking someone to fix issues with this office and I would agree.

Staff isn’t bad. Service of usps is terrible as a whole. This office is ancient in technology. Takes a day or more for a package that is dropped here to be reported as taken by carrier. And also no QR code’s for shipping labels can be used. Like I said ancient computers. Like m.s. dos old. Good luck. Go to Jonesborough.

Nice little post office to serve people in the Telford area! Very nice lady at the desk and seems to be a full service post office.
