These ladies were fantastic with me and my kitten! My cat had started acting funny and wouldn’t walk for more than a few steps without lying down. I called them close to closing begging them to please take a look at him, as there was a history of FeLV in our home, and they squeezed me into their busy schedule. All he needed was a little bit of antibiotics and he was good as new within 24 hours! No FeLV!! I am 8 months pregnant so of course I was really worried, but they took care of him so quickly, actually listened to my concerns and needs, and took their time even past their closing, which I know is super inconvenient. I will be coming back to these kind ladies in the future, thank you so much!

I've been bringing my dog to Town and Country for recurrent ear infections for a while. Recently, when I requested a prescription for the same recurring issue, I was told I needed to bring my pet in for an in-person visit (presumably to be charged a visit fee), even though they're well aware of her chronic condition. Their reasoning was that it had been six months since our last appointment. This timeframe seems more like a testament to the ongoing nature of my dog's condition rather than a valid reason for an in-person mandate. It feels as if financial interests might be taking precedence over the well-being and convenience of the animals and their owners. I had hoped for a more compassionate approach from a veterinary clinic. What's perplexing is that even humans, with more complex medical needs, often don't face such stringent requirements for recurring issues.Edited to reply to owner's reply:Thank you for explaining the rationale behind your policies. I genuinely want what's best for my dog's health. However, considering the recurring nature of her condition, I had hoped there might be a more streamlined process. I understand the risks associated with ear medications, but perhaps there could be a middle ground for chronic cases like hers. Regular check-ins or alternative ways to assess her condition without incurring a full visit fee EVERY time might be worth considering. I appreciate the care and concern, but I also believe there's room for flexibility and understanding, especially for longstanding patients.

I've been taking my pets to Town & Country for many, many years. Staff is great & so are the vets! Prices are reasonable, no wait time & all questions are answered before you leave. Pets are their priority. Everyone there certainly loves animals. They treat you & your pets like family ?

We've been going here since they opened, and Dr. Lisa Webb is outstanding in her role as owner/operator of this business. She is a first class Veterinarian and a great person. Her staff is equally as competant and dedicated.

According to their website they take walk-ins, but apparently only if you’re a regular. Even though I was the only customer in the building we were turned away. So just be aware if you’re considering this location in an emergency and you’re not a regular.

my wife and i love this place they try their hardest to work you in if you have something that pops up, i won't take any of my pets anywhere else if i can help it, Dr Lisa has always been so helpful to us and our pets and was there to help us with the hard times when we needed to put them to sleep. i recommend them to anyone that asked me if i know a good vet, i've even told my dad to bring his cats all the way from knoxville to get them fixed out here i don't trust my pets with anyone else but Lisa and her crew.

Wouldn't give our Remi a flea pill because they said he had not had his recent rabies vaccination,he's been a patient there for 14 yrs and was just seen a few months ago.Robinson animal hospital had no problem giving it and had been over a yr ago since Remi was there.

Dr Webb has been our veterinarian for almost 20 years. We have occasionally had to visit after hours or emergency vets since she keeps fairly regular hours. Over the years, our pets and us have enjoyed the courtesy and professionalism of the staff up front and the other vets and techs. A few stand out especially Ariel. The ones who don't have great rapport with customers and animals don't last long at this office. We have always been presented with available options and recommendations. They emphasize preventive care and, like seemingly all vets, have a few products or brands that they endorse. Scheduling is accommodating, they took reasonable Covid precautions during the surges, and help us keep our pack healthy and happy. One of our dogs is very hyper and can be hard to handle. They just "lay the lovin' on" him and treat him as if he's a VIP instead of the half-banshee that he really is. We've been through new puppy care to lumps and bumps and that final goodbye with a few dogs here. Before we found Dr Webb, we tried another vet nearby and I refused to return and deal with the snippy attitude of the person at the front desk. I'm glad for that experience, because I would not have found Dr Webb otherwise.

Easily the most USELESS excuse for an animal hospital in the area. Don't bother calling them, they simply don't care.

This is our vet. They always provide prompt appointments, the vet and techs seem to care, and they seem to also more their stuff. If your in the area, they have been wonderful to our pet, what more can you ask for?
