Needed some keys cut that I had ordered online. These guys were great , cut the keys while I waited and only charged me for the service. The other hardware stores with the orange and blue colors said they can't cut keys not from their inventory. Translation: we can't cut keys the machine can't do. Thanks again Tony!

SOMETIMES they have what you need. It's really a hit or miss. I do wish they would train their employees better. A employee got visibly and verbally upset when not knowing how to run the cash register. Along with making us uncomfortable this prolonged our checkout time.

I was so happy when Ace Hardware opened in tazewell. It's so convenient. The staff is extremely helpful and they have just about everything you could need. It's such a pleasure to shop there instead of the big box stores.

If you ever have time to stop in this ace hardware, you’re going to have experience of the old Time hardware stores, but with the modern look. The gentleman that helped me find everything I needed. Musta knew this store, like the back of his hand, because all I had to do was tell him what I needed, and he took me straight to it. I was very surprised how quick he was and how quick he was able to help me find the stuff that I needed and didn’t know I needed.
